Home description

This is a spacious apartment set in the old part of Borovets, kitchen/ living room area with sofa-bed, TV and DVD player with balcony leading off the living room overlooking the forest, 2 separate bathrooms and two further bedrooms.
There is a heated indoor pool in site and lobby bar lounge, also underground parking is available, and someone is on reception every day.
We can provide you with everything that you might need for you winter wonderland holiday, with that extra personal touch.
We have our own ski school HUNTERS and if you book full ski packs with us we provide a free shuttle service to and fro from the complex to the resort centre every day, we have both UK and Bulgarian staff to at hand should you need any help or guidance during your stay. We can also arrange transfers to and from the airport.

The Sofia/Rila Mountains region

Borovets is the oldest and highest Bulgarian winter resort with a large network of ski runs to suite all levels of skiers set in the stunning Rila Mountains. The resort is 1,390 metres above the sea level and the highest point (Mount Mussala) is at 2,900m with many breathtaking views ensuring deep snow cover from December to April.
The resort is also a great place in summer as a base for sightseeing, hiking, pony trekking in the stunning mountains, golf, fishing or water sports on the nearby Lake Iskar. Also just 45km away is Bulgaria’s bustling capital, Sofia that has many unusual shops and bars.
In summer the temperature can range from 22c to 38c with a slight mountain breeze.
In winter Borovets looks like a picture postcard covered in snow from mid December until April.

Borovets / Samokov area

Borovets has plenty of attractive local shops selling local crafts and restaurants including the only non-smoking one on resort HUNTERS. There are an excellent network of ski runs for all levels of skiers providing excellent opportunities for the whole range of winter sports. The resort has twice hosted World Cup Alpine skiing, while its biathlon track is one of the best in the world.
Borovets also offers active night life with plenty of bars, cafes, night clubs and discos that stay open into the early hours of the morning. A night out is extremely good value for money with many bars promoting "happy hour" offers. Typically, you can enjoy a nice 3 course meal for under £15.
The local town of Samokov has a weekly market as well as a local produce market every day.

There is on site heated indoor swimming pool.
We offer you free shuttle bus to the centre of Borovets every day if you book a full ski pack with us. We also have our own ski school with instructors.
We have an office in resort with English speaking representative to assist you.
Welcome packs can be provided at the cost of 15 pounds.

Medical centre and basic first aid centre are at the bottom of the slopes.
We can arrange all you transfers to and from the airport.
All ski equipment can be stored at the ski school just 20 meters from the foot of the slopes.

This complex will not take more than 6 adults at an one time in a two bedroom apartment.
No pets or smoking permitted in the apartment.
We recommend that everyone should take out personal travel insurance.

Guestbook for Daniel Residence

Stefan and Borovets PMS were fantastic, it made a real difference
getting picked up in the morning and dropped off in the evenings by
their bus. On the first day I ended up having to walk down the mountain
as we missed the last lift and my friend who couldn't ski at that point
was not confident enough to ski down the masala pathway. Borovets PMS
stayed open until we got down and were kind enough to give us both a
long vodka on our arrival back.
