The 4 Star Flora apartments in Borovets are situated just 50 meters from the main lift station. The apartments opened in December 2005 and have fantastic facilities with Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Fitness Centre, restaurants and bar and offers some of the best skiing in Bulgaria. Its spacious living room/bedroom has a three seater sofa bed and two matching armchairs. It also has a coffee table and cable TV and has a table with four chairs. The bedroom is fitted with modern furniture and has a balcony looking onto the beautiful pine forests. The kitchen is separate and provides a cooker, coffee machine with all the essentials. The bathroom is off the central hallway, which serves all three rooms.

The Flora apartments provide luxurious accomomodation where you can enjoy a winter holiday with the whole family while engrossed in the splendour of Bulgaria’s most famous ski resort.

The apartment is located on the third floor and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It looks out over the stunning pine forests and has a small balcony from which to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Borovets which provides a cosy and homely atmosphere.

The Sofia/Rila Mountains region

The internationally renowned mountain resort of Borovets is Bulgaria’s oldest established ski resort. It is built on the slopes of Mount Musala, which at nearly 3,000 metres above sea level is one of the highest peaks in the Balkans, and it offers 23 ski runs catering to every ability level.

Borovets has much to offer for the skiers looking to party. Borovets is one of the best ski resorts in Bulgaria for night life. Generally the prices in the discos or bars are cheap as usual in Bulgaria. Most of the places around offer 'happy hour' and free drinks.

In summer Borovets, which is surrounded by pine forests, makes an excellent centre for mountain walking and hiking, mountain biking and horse riding.

Within 20 to30 minutes’ drive there is the highly regarded Ihtiman golf course, the nearby towns of Kostenets and Samokov, with facilities for shopping and eating out, a private airfield offering light aircraft flights over the area for about £40, and boating facilities on the very beautiful and impressive Lake Iskar. Slightly further afield is the Rila Monastery (about 90 minutes), Bulgaria’s largest and most famous monastery, founded in 927 AD and hidden high in the Rila mountains

- Cheap direct flights available from Easyjet, Wizzair, British Airways as well Bulgarian Air

- Local buses run regularly between the airport and the resort
- Private pickup can also be arranged via the Flora Hotel adjacent to the apartment

Full balance of rental will be due two months prior to start date of holiday. There is a refundable deposit of £100, held against loss or damage. This is to be paid at the same time as the full balance and will be refunded after your holiday.
