The newly build apartment is located on the third floor of Sequoia 1 and overlooks the beautiful pine forest and Rila Mountains beyond.
The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and has a large south facing balcony accessed from the lounge and both bedrooms with views up the Rila Mountains.

The Sofia/Rila Mountains region
Borovets has a mild climate with high precipitation which offers snow cover from end of November through to April. From complete beginner, downhill skiers and snow boarders Borovets offers over 40kms of piste descending from 2560m down to 1350m above the sea level. Borovets has an excellent ski school with over 200 English speaking ski instructors.
The kindergarten offers great value giving the younger skier a taste for skiing amongst other activities. After a great day skiing you can take a drink in one of Boroverts many bars or have a meal in one of the many restaurants with delicious local cuisine. For the more energetic, you can sample the many disco's and night clubs that Borovets has to offer.

You can find indoor pools, gym and fitness facilities in almost all hotels in Borovets including: flora complex, Samakov Hotel, Rila Hotel, Villa Park, Daniel Residence. Please note that a small charge may apply. Alo on the ''to do'' list is the Rila Monastery, horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, para-gliding, golf, sight seeing in and around the Seven lakes.
Lake Iskar is yet bother local destination for simmer water sports, fishing, sun-bathing and swimming. In the summer the mineral spring filled outdoor pool complex in the villa of of Belchin Bani, which is about 20km from Borovets, is well worth a visit with a lot to do.
How to get there
Borovets is just 1 hour from Sofia airport.
Easy Jet, British Airways, Wizz Air, Bulgarian Airlines, Thompson, Opodo and many other that you can fin on the internet fly from UK all year round.
Private transfer can be arranged. Car hire is available at Sofia Airport.
Taxis and buses run regularly between the resort and the airport.
