The fully equipped first floor apartment with balcony sleeps 4 in comfort, a lift takes you to the 2 pools, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, massage, gym and restaurant or the secure landscaped gardens offering breathtaking views of the mountains.
A shuttle bus will take you the 7km to the resort of Borovets, a popular venue all year round with 40km of ski slopes in the winter and snow cover from December through April, helped by snow-cannons, ski schools and new ski lifts for the experienced or beginner.
In the summer the region is perfect for walking, horseriding, golf, tennis, cycling, bird-watching etc

The Sofia/Rila Mountains region
The Rila Mountains are a national park and an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are many walks and outdoor activities which can be arranged through the reception at Eagle Rock. Sofia is a bustling cosmopolitan Capital City which has many places of interest including spectacular churches and a cafe style shopping area. The well stocked shops offer designer clothes at a fraction of the UK price. Lake Iskar is about a 20 minute drive away and there are a full range of water sports in the summer.
The climate has four distinct seasons and temperatures in the summer can get well into the 30's. We can supply you with details of an economical car hire company with good rates allowing you to travel where you like and collect / leave your car at the airport
Borovets / Beli Iskar area
There are various local festivals throughout the year. A short drive will take you to The Rila Monastery, seven lakes, Dolna Banya natural hot springs and golf course. There is a large local market at Samokov every Monday and the town has 2 new supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shops. Govedartsi is a nearby unspoilt traditional village where you can go trekking on foot or horseback .

The second door opens into the spacious and airy master bedroom, tastefully furnished for a relaxing atmosphere with double bed and wardrobe + seating and door to the balcony. The well fitted bathroom has a bath + shower, basin toilet etc.The large windows with blinds in both rooms allow uninterrupted views to the slopes and wildlife.
Further details outdoors: Because Eagle Rock is built above the village there are stunning uninterrupted views over the houses to the surrounding wooded countryside and Rila mountains. Borovets offers skiing lessons, skidoo, cycling, walking trails, quad biking and pony trekking.
