This privately owned 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor of the luxury Villa Park Spa complex in Borovets (opened in December 2007) is perfect for your holiday in Bulgaria's oldest and biggest ski resort. The apartment is ideal for couples and families alike.
The apartment consists of an open plan living room / kitchen with access to a small balcony.
Extra facilities are available in the villa park complex including reception area with bar, ski and boot storage, restaurant and spa centre.
The spa centre offers a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and massage is ideal to relax your aching limbs after a busy day on the slopes.

The Sofia/Rila Mountains region
Borovets is just one hour from the Bulgarian capital Sofia and is the oldest and biggest of the Bulgarian winter resorts and is situated at 1350m above sea level. It is situated amongst beautiful pine forests on the northern slopes of the Rila mountains at the foot of the Musala Peak which rises to almost 3000m above sea level.
With the average January temperature of 4.8 degrees and plenty of snow from December to April Borovets offers excellent opportunities for a whole range of winter sports.
Pleasant alpine summer temperatures make the mountain resort perfect for exploring the stunning Rila mountain area.

Borovets has an excellent network of ski runs lending itself to a range of winter sports including: Skiing Snowboarding Cross country skiing Flood lit pistes for Night Skiing Skidoo hire
The gondola, 2 chair lifts and 6 drag lifts allow access to the 45km of ski runs which descend from 2560m and are very well maintained. The slopes have international markings and multilingual signs and are suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced skiers.
Ski school -the Borovets ski school has more than 200 instructors who speak a number of foreign languages.
Equipment -Ski and snowboarding equipment can be hired at reasonable prices in many outlets in the resort. here are also plenty of shops to purchase ski wear and equipment.
Apres Ski - Borovets is full of restaurants, bars, cafe's and disco's for a lively night-life. Throughout the year there are opportunities in the resort for beautiful mountain walks, mountain biking, rock climbing and horse riding.
Further afield (90 minutes) you can visit the Rila Monastery or you can take a safari tour to explore the area further.
Jeep safari tours can be arranged to seven lakes of Rila, The Tsar Hunting chalets and the Eco Path 'Beli Iskar'.
Near Borovets is the biggest Bulgarian reservoir with opportunities for water sports and fishing.

Direct flights to Sofia airport take approx. 3 hours from the UK.
Borovets is just a 1 hour drive from Sofia airport.

This is a non smoking apartment. Sorry no pets allowed.

Conditions
A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance of the rental charge is due 6 weeks prior to your booking date.
In addition a £100 GBP cash deposit will be required on arrival to cover damage and breakages which will be returned on your day of departure following inspection of the property.
