Riverside is located in the lovely village of Madjare known locally as the mini Borovets and to be in the near future included in the super Borovets project. it is at the moment a 15 min drive to the acclaimed resort. there are cafes and drinking houses in the village but excellent restaurants and bars in Sanokov(5 mins) and Borovets. The apartment benefits from being out of the hustle and bustle while still close by, ideal for families.

The Sofia/Rila Mountains region

For those that want to ski or board nearby Borovets offers a good range of slopes for all levels, Borovets also has a lovely atmosphere and a good night life with many bars, clubs , pubs and restaurants. As well as the skiing there are lots of walks with or without experienced guides, There are trips to picturesque spots such as peak Malyovitsi,peak Moussala and the seven Rila lakes are just a few. There are also organized trips to different tourist attractions throughout Bulgaria. With flights, liftpasses and ski hire being cheep in comparison to other places Borovets is the place to ski.

Borovets / Madjare area

The Rila National Park will be of interest to nature lovers and those that love the outdoor life. It is the ideal destination for mountain hikers and bikers, There are many outdoor activities with mountian treks , horse treks , extreme sports and mountian biking. The entire area is renowned for its eco environment and stunning natural beauty. There are lovely lakes and many cultural and historical places of interest to visit. There is plenty to do all year round. There is also a golf course not to far away.

Fly to Sofia airport- Madjare is approx 50 mins from airport

Flights
There are many direct and indirect fights available , best at the moment seems to be easy jet from Gatwick at under £100 return.

Transfers
Return collection service can be arranged at a very reasonable rate. Car hire is available from Sofia airport (www.auto-europe.co.uk) or through europe car or hertz.
Buses run regularly to Borovets where you can get a taxi to Madjare or taxi from the airport that wont be overly expensive

A none refundable deposit of £100 will be required on booking, the remainder to be paid one month before commencement of stay.

Also a refundable £100 deposit in case of breakages and damage, this deposit will be refunded within 10 working days of your departure ( subject to satisfactory property inspection ).
