Rila View is a stunning villa which is perfectly situated whether you want to enjoy the hustle and bustle of nearby high-class ski resort Borovets or simply enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful mountain ranges surrounding the property. Perhaps it would be a good idea to enjoy the best of both worlds, fun & activities of Borovets or warm in front of the log fire after a hard days skiing, hiking or shopping.
Breakfast can be made for you for a small charge and the house is regulary cleaned. With sleeping space for up to 12 this Villa is perfect for large groups or families. There is a PlayStation and satellite television to keep the young and young at heart occupied if needs be. Transport to and from Borovets daily can be arranged if required.

The Sofia/Rila Mountains region
The Rila mountain range boasts Mt Musala, the highest mountain on the Balkan Peninsula. It is Bulgaria's largest national park containing over 100 mountain peaks, lakes, waterfalls and an extensive variety of Flora. The entire area is covered in snow from the end of November until April and even once the summer thaw hits and snow is left only at the peaks the area boasts some of the most spectacular mountain and forest views in Europe.
Perfect for winter sun, a holiday could comfortably be spent here cycling, hiking, exploring and relaxing. That's without visiting nearby Borovets or Sofia.
Borovets / Raduil area
The nearby high class ski resort of Borovets boasts nightlife, shopping, restaurants and of course skiing and snowboarding. Lessons are available for all abilities, ages and commitment levels! For such an extensive ski resort, Borovets is surprisingly good value for money with bars and clubs offering many 'happy hours' and very reasonably priced good food.
It is quite possible to climb to the top of Mt Musala and there are a number of other hikes and trips to consider. Fishing, horseriding, even jeep safaris and helicopter rides are available as are hot mineral springs. Bulgaria's largest and most famous monastery, founded in 927 AD and hidden in the Rila mountains, the Rila Monastery is only about 90 minutes away, and strongly recommended.
How to get there
Fly into Sofia Airport, Raduil is less than an hours drive away. Pick up and return to Sofia airport is available or alternatively local taxis should not prove too expensive. There is also car hire available at the airport.

"We had a fantastic time in Bulgaria...the house is amazing and we were treated so well. We all loved the fact that new years ever was like a traditional Bulgarian party with all their dances and music etc. The skiing was great too, the instructors really good and helpful and we had a load of snow one night which was great for the kids to play in around the house. Dave and the driver Chris really made the holiday, you're so lucky to have found such nice helpful people. We are thinking about coming back next year too!
