All Seasons is perfectly located for an unforgettable summer or winter holiday in Bulgaria. The chalet is a short distance from the Borovets ski resort, only an hour from Bulgaria's capital, Sofia, and situated on the edge of the Rila National Park.

The rooms are very large and all have tvs with Dvd players (free hire of a wide range of Dvds) and tea/coffee making facilities. You can choose from twin/double/family rooms and a room with four single beds, or book the whole chalet for your group holiday. Please note that your comfort is of ultimate importance therefore accommodation DOES NOT INCLUDE SOFA BEDS.

The aim is for you to have a holiday that really is something special as this is a catered chalet-style holiday - three course evening meal with a glass of wine or juice per person is INCLUDED. You will be exceptionally well fed and those requiring special diets or vegetarian meals are very welcome. Arrival day is flexible which helps you to get the best price for your flights, and there is no minimum stay. SHUTTLE TO THE SKI SLOPES INCLUDED.

All of your requirements except your flights, can be arranged and paid through us. Great ski package prices (see below), and airport transfers - packed lunches can also be ordered! You won't be disappointed with this top class property.

The Sofia/Rila Mountains region

This area of Bulgaria enjoys snow cover from mid-December until early April, and also has the benefit of hot summers. A large part of the Rila mountains is a protected National Park, the scenery is stunning and unspoilt, with many marked walking trails. We offer guided walks or route sheets if you want to strike off on your own.

The Bulgarian people are very proud of their history and heritage and there are some fascinating places to visit. The Rila monastery is Bulgaria's most visited attraction and is under two hours away. Sofia, Bulgaria's capital is under an hour away and definitely worth a visit. The Opera House in Sofia hosts opera and ballet productions and is extremely good value for world class performances, just £10 for a front row seat!

Borovets / Govedartsi area

BOROVETS SKI RESORT

Internationally known for its reliable ski conditions and its suitability for all levels of skiers, but also for being particularly welcoming to beginners. There are a number of cafes and restaurants at the foot of the slopes, where you can also go bowling or swimming, and also a few refreshment outlets higher up the slopes, where you can enjoy a rest from time to time! We offer ski packages which include ski and boot hire, lift passes, and 4 hours instruction per day, for a 6 day period, at a cost of £179 each for 3-12's , adults (over 12's) £129 each. 6 day snow boarding package 230 Euros for adults, 5-12's 190 Euros. For other arrangements, e.g. just passes, please contact us for information. Your transport to the slopes is provided with your ski or snowboard package.

GOVEDARTSI

You will be on the edge of the forest, just 15 minutes drive from the ski-slopes, 200 metres from the river and within close range of many other activities which are of year-round interest - horse riding, hiking (or strolling by the river or in the forest!), cycling, jeep tours, fishing or for the more ambitious mountaineering, caving and rafting. In addition Lake Iskar is approx 25km (16 miles away) and offers a range of water sports for all ages. We can also offer your children outdoor activity days, to include shelter building, fire starting/safety and management and outdoor cooking skills.

SOFIA/PLOVDIV/RILA MONASTERY

The capital city is an hour's drive away, and other places of particular interest such as the Rila Monastery and Plovdiv are an easy day trip most of the year round, weather dependent of course in the winter. Accompanied/Group trips also available.

SAMOKOV

Under 10 minutes away by car, our local town sells handicrafts and souvenirs at prices that you won't beat anywhere else in the locality.

The rooms are very comfortably furnished to western standards (carpets and duvets!) and all have tea/coffee making facilities and daily maid service. There is a public lounge, a games room and a conservatory dining room. All of the rooms have mountain views, most have large balconies.

Further details outdoors:
There is a large garden which provides an opportunity for a dip in the swimming pool (15 foot diameter), in the summer, a chance to practise your badminton if you wish, and enjoy a BBQ. There is also plenty of room for playing in the snow in the winter. The balconies provide ample space to sit out and enjoy the summer or winter landscape, and of course to make the most of the surroundings during the very pleasant September/early October days. We are a very short walk to the river and right on the edge of the Rila National Park.

The outdoor swimming pool is made available for as many weeks as we can from May to September but is not heated and cannot be guaranteed as available.

1. Let us know if you require catering for one or more vegetarians, or any other particular diet, we will be happy to do our utmost to help you in this way.
2. We do not allow smoking inside.
3. A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required, the balance is payable 6 weeks before your arrival. However, we do accept last minute bookings if the accommodation you require is still available. EARLY BOOKINGS (more than 6 months in advance) JUST 10% INITIAL DEPOSIT.
4. Arrival day and duration of stay are flexible, according to your needs.
