This is a working property with olives and fruit trees which are available to eat at your leisure.
If prefer to sit not undercover tables are easy to relocate
There is a small BBQ for your use also
Three double bedrooms come supplied with all bed linen and towels. On bookings longer than one week the linen will be changed and the apartment cleaned.
All rooms are very large and all bedrooms with views to the mountains.
Conditions
Property is available from April to October every year.
Bookings are based on week stays from Sunday to Sunday
Prices are based on per week...
Mid season from 1st April to 30th May 800.00 pounds
High season from 1st June to 30th August 1000.00 pounds
Autumn season from 1st Sep to 30th Sep 800.00 pounds
Deposit of 40% payable on booking and final 60% two weeks before date of arrival.

During your vacation with us you can get off the tourist trail, relax on our peaceful farm, eat fresh fruit from the trees, ramble around in our beautiful forests, immerse yourself in Italian culture.
There are many activities available in the area from horse back riding to hiking trials following the old Roman trails linking Rome to England, enduro riding for those who want to go motor-biking in the mountains and many more.
The Borgo a Mozzano area
At the beginning of the XIX-th century the territory of Borgo a Mozzano was invaded by the French army leaded by Napoleone Bonaparte, who stayed on until 1814 when the French occupation ended.
In 1861 Borgo a Mozzano was annexed to the Reign of Italy by the King Vittorio Emanuele II of Savoia.
Among the most important monuments to see in Borgo a Mozzano is the Chiesa di San Pietro (Saint Peter Church), the Parrocchiale di San Jacopo (Saint Jacopo Parish), the Convento Francescano (Franciscan Convent) and the Palazzo del Comune (Municipal Palace).
Among the numerous celebrations periodically taking place in Borgo a Mozzano there is the "Stuck Fish Festival" (a sort of dried stuck fish) held yearly on May 1st, during which it is possible to taste good typical courses cooked according to traditional recipes.
