Just 5 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux you can enjoy the quiet comfort and independence of your very own traditional stone Bordelaise échoppe (town cottage). The house is located in a quiet street close to the Barriere de Begles & Toulouse area with easy access to car parking, and to the town centre by bus. This property has been entirely renovated.
On the ground floor: is a well-lit living room with kitchen/dining area (thanks to a double frontage and tiny rear private courtyard). Equipment includes fridge, freezer, dish-washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on the ground floor is the shower-room (with presso shower) and separate WC. A “sofa-bed” in the living room can provide sleeping accommodation for 6 persons.
Sheets, towels and linen are provided free of charge.
The price does not include tourist tax (0.85 € / person / day) and the optional cleaning option (30 €).
The cot: 10 € / night or 30 € / week.
Pet: 10 € / night or 50 € / week.
Check in outside the agreed hours (16h to 20h) will be charged € 15 in foction opportunities.
Check out (after 10 am) will be charged 10 € per hour.
On the upper floor: are located the 2 bedrooms each with double beds and ample cupboard space.
Additional facilities: TV with wide range of local channels, 100mega broadband and telephone service via the internet. Photocopier. Radio & CD player. Gas central heating.
NB. There are 2 steps from the pavement to the front door of the "échoppe" so we would not recommend this property to guests with impaired mobility.

Place Gambetta is a 15 minutes walk away. From here, you will be able to walik down the exclusive shopping streets of Cours de l'Intendance or the pedestrianised rue Sainte Catherine.
Admire the wonderful 18th century architecture in the opera house in the place de la Comédie.
"La place de la bourse" is a Place Royale, facing the Garonne.
