The Visayas island chain covers the central area of the Philippines. Boracay is a small island situated at the northern tip of Panay. The area is known as Malay, Aklan. the weather is tropical but rarely varies from 28 to 33 celcius. Rainy season is June to October. However the island's location gives it fair weather nearly year round. January and February are the months to come if you like windsurfing and kitesurfing.
