About the home

Koh Samui is a beautiful tropical Island, with pristine beaches,sparkling water and unspoiled nature,Samui is easily accessed from Bangkok,Hong Kong,Singapore and Kuala Lumpur,as well as Bangkok Boutique Air flying in,now Thai Air,also fly is with there Star Alliance flights.

The Villa has had a recent make over, and a few things added, such as TV and DVD in each of the four double bedroom.all with en-suite/dressing areas. We have also added mini fridges,tea and coffee making facilities in each bedroom.This three story Villa has at ground level Living-room,kitchen and dining area,on the next level reached by exterior stairs,is the pool and two bedrooms, next level two further bedrooms,where these views are spectacular, over-looking Choweng bay,mountains,and coconut groves.

The Villa is only 20 minutes away from the Airport,and a Car is essential, five minutes from shops restaurants etc,(there is a Tesco supermarket, called Tesco Lotus) where you can buy everything you need.,10 minutes to the best beaches on the Island Choweng bay.
The Villa is fully equipped, hair dryer, Iron/boards and will sleep 8 people

The villa was completely and newly furnished to a very high standard There is a fully fitted kitchen and dining suite. The living room has a corner sofa, casual tables, and TV/DVD. The accommodation consists of: living/dining area on the first level, pool, terrace, and two bedrooms on the second level, and two further bedrooms on the third level. The four double bedrooms have en suite, two of them with jacuzzi baths and the other two with shower.

The villa has a rear garden, pool area, and a very large terrace ideal for relaxing with a sun-downer! This is a quiet location with great views. No need for a heated pool in the tropics!

Linen is changed every two days.
Parking is to the front of the property.
Non smokers are preferred if possible.
Short breaks are possible but we require a minimum 4 day booking.

Conditions

Deposit 8 weeks in advance of commencement of let or full amount plus security deposit if less than 8 weeks prior to let. We reserve the right to cancel prior to written confirmation. If we do this, we will refund any money paid in full. A terms & conditions contract will be sent out to you.

The Koh Samui region

Koh Samui is a beautiful tropical island in the southern gulf of Thailand with all year round temperatures of 28/34C. Although tourists are well-catered for, the island remains unspolt. There is an abundance of varied restaurants with international cuisine. The beaches are spectacular with safe azure blue seas and the people of Thailand are delightful and always smiling!

The Bophut area

The villa is located off one of the main roads, but in easy reach of shops, restaurants, and night life. It's a 20 minute drive to the "Santiburi" golf course and a 5km drive to the beach where most water sports are available. Activities to consider include: boat trips, jet skis, golf, sight seeing tours, scuba diving, Thai boxing, shopping, and much more. Samui is beautiful and holidaymakers will not be disappointed.

Fly to Bangkok, then get a connecting flight to the island of Koh Samui - book online with "Bangkok Boutique Airways" for this 45-minute flight. Transfers can be arranged with our agent on the island at a cost of 3000 baht each way. “Paradise” Stayed at the Tranquil Villa with a friend for 2 weeks. What a perfect setting. A beautiful and spacious villa finished to a high standard we couldn't have asked for more. Peace and quiet and without intrusion, the perfect hideaway. The large living area with lounge kitchen and dining area was ideal for lazy evenings in. There is a fully equipped kitchen, but often Tam, the wonderful housekeeper who lives close by, would nip off on her moped and bring back the most amazing local food for the most ridiculously cheap prices! She also arranged amazing Thai massages for us at the Villa. In fact, she seems to know everyone! Days sat by the pool also just perfect especially with dips in the pool. David who manages the Villa also lives locally and is always on hand should you need him. He also has great local knowledge and is a really interesting guy to sit an have a drink with. Overall a perfect stay that I can't recommend enough.

Availability notes:

As this is our first entrance into holiday letting, we have no bookings as of yet. We flew out in March of this year and completely furnished the house which is a new build.
