The Penthouse consists of 3 bedrooms, with the master bedroom having an bathroom en-suite and while the other two bedrooms share a Bathroom with a walk in shower.

The open plan living area open direct to the balcony taking the breeze and the view of the ocean. Modern Italian furniture blends superbly with the state of the art Smeg kitchen that is designed with a breakfast bar and equipment with all you need for eating in.

With the Living room sharing the space of the fully equipped Western kitchen with an oven. The apartment is well decorated with handmade painting and modern furniture.

The Koh Samui region

Koh Samui is the largest and the most developed and attractive island in the gulf of Thailand.

Ang Thong National Marine Park is a compact archipelago of mostly uninhabited islands west of Samui that provided the setting for Alex Garland's The Beach. There is good snorkelling, diving, hiking and even camping on some of the islands. Many people regard sea kayaking as the best way to explore the area. You can arrange to have a speedboat take you to the park or book a tour.Several pristine beaches as well as hiking options to a spectacular inland lake and some large cliff side caves.

A 53-kilometre ring road skirts Samui's coastline, giving ready access to all beaches. The best form of transport is a motorbike which can be readily hired. This gives the freedom to explore at your leisure, although mini buses do ply the main routes. It takes about an hour to drive completely around the island, if you don't stop along the many beaches or take to some of the side tracks. A couple of rough trails cross the mountainous
interior,but this is strictly 4WD or motorcycle territory

The Bophut area

Local Resturants & bars are within 5 mins walk. Bangraek beach has lovely golden sands & is only 5-10 mins away.

Pier for the Ferry to Koh Phangnan & the full moon parties is within walking distance.

PAYMENTS:

A completed booking form and an initial deposit of 35% of the total charge is required to confirm a booking. No contract shall exist until we have received the assigned booking form together with the correct deposit payment or full payment and we have confirmed the reservation in writing. Bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis. If the payment is not received within 5 banking days the booking shall be considered cancelled.

Payment of the outstanding balance must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival. If we do not receive the balance by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and cancellation charges will apply.

20,000 bht security deposit is payable at check in, this will be refunded at check out excepting where damages have occured & then the deposit will be returned minus the cost for repair or replacement of damaged goods.
