From 168 euros for unlimited golf for one week!!€268 for July and August for one week unlimited golf! Los Pinos 2 is a modern luxury villa on a beautiful Championship golf course, Around the corner is a sports centre, bar and childrens play area, with a large pool, paddle tennis, pitch and putt, lessons are given from age 6years up. The villa sleeps 6 people with a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms! There is a covered dining area outside with large barbecue and a swimming pool.A very large patio safe for children to play, and key for swimming pool gate, for safety!. Bonmont now have their own private BEACH-CLUB, Free admission when you book our Villa!.It's on the beach at Cabrils. A 15 minute drive from Bonmont. three pools restaurant, ect. Bonmont golf resort is now set up for people wanting to start to play golf! classes and tuition on request , Weekly Keep Fit classes at Gym!

The property is well situated for all sports (including water sports), wonderful restaurants, Spain's largest theme park Porto-Aventura (suitable for anyone young at heart), and exploring quaint old towns and villages. With Bonmont golf-course being set in the mountains and ten minutes from the beach, it lends itself to every one's taste.

The house is on three floors. Main floor and entrance: kitchen, sitting room and dining area leading out to the al -fresco dining area, twin bedroom, shower room. Upstairs are two further bedrooms--a large master bedroom with full en suite with bath , and dressing room.and a twin bedroom with en suite shower room.

The kitchen is fully fitted and easy to use.

Downstairs there is a recreation room, with a full size table tennis, T.V. with English channels and DVD player. Plus a fully equiped laundry room!
The utility room has a washing machine and dryer, also ironing facilities.

The house was decorated by a well known Spanish designer. The decor and furnishings are of the highest quality.

Los Pinos 2 has a large private patio area, safe for children to play in, with a key for pool gate for safety!. with an undercover outside eating area. At front of house there is a large barbecue with table and chairs. a shared swimming pool (between 3 villas).The gate to the swimming pool is also lockable for safety!

At the front is an area for parking a car, as well as a table and benches to enjoy the warm evenings, and barbeque!
There is a small path opposite the front of the house that takes you onto the eleventh green.The first tee is within 5 minutes walking distance.

The Bonmont resort has a sports club on site with swimming pools, tennis, and a football pitch which is to be completed soon. The beautiful clubhouse is just 5 minutes walking distance from the house. Sitting on their terrace one can see the sea, they also have great cuisine at the clubhouse restaurant.

Our contact in Bonmont is Cati Garcia, speaks perfect English,and wil give you information on restuarants places to visit ect. and will have the house ready for you with clean linen... towels ...toiletries.... cot ..baby stair gate.childs bed rail etc. Cati will be able to give you additional details about taxis/car rentals,also a free welcome breakfast pack will be waiting for you as a thank-you from the owner for renting their property!. Everything provided is of the highest quality.

Conditions

I don't think the house is suitable for the aged or infirmed due to the stairs; however there is a twin bedroom with shower room on the ground floor.

At the time of booking, you will be asked for 30% of the rental fee by credit card as a booking security, and also in case of breakages or excessive cleaning bills. This will be refunded after the house has been inspected.

The Costa Dorada/Tarragona region

The coast of costa Dorada is dotted with fishing villages, secluded coves and restaurants. Cambrils is only a 15 minute drive from the house. The area enjoys a mild climate with sunshine all year round. The mild climate offers opportunities for all kinds of sports. The championship golf course and Sports centre is on your doorstep, with free driving range! Just around the corner from the house is the new Sports area with Large Swimming pool (Free access when you book our house.) Paddle Tennis, Tennis,and a Pitch and Putt course that have fun competion days! Also a play area for small children with an outside bar where the Adults can relax! Lessons are given in all areas from 6 years up.

There is also the beach at Miami Playa, which has water sports, and beautiful small beach inlets to soak up the sun. Tarragona, one of Spain's oldest cities is situated on the coast 20 minutes drive from the house. The Ebro Delta is also close by, with it's amazing rice paddy fields and variety of wild birds, vineyards, olive and almond groves. There are also many museums, and wonderful shopping centres.

The Bonmont area

Beautifully situated between mountains and sea Villa Los Pinos 2 is situated close to the eleventh green of the championship Bonmont golf course. The fabulous golf club is a five minute walk and has excellent cuisine, al fresco dining with wonderful views of the sea and mountains.

There are many fantastic reasonably priced restaurants nearby. One of our favourites is LA BORDA D'EN MANEL in Miami Playa, example of charges: 9 Euros for four course set menu, including wine and sherry, excellent local food.

Porto-Aventura Universal Theme park, is again only 20 minutes drive, a must for children and adults young at heart. There are many local festivals all year with music and dancing. "Les Nits des Bonmont" is a musical festival held outdoors each year July and August it is an all star performance, ballet ,opera, jazz, modern to suite all tastes. Budget airlines, Ryan Air... airlines, and Easy jet : fly into Barcelona Valencia and Reus airport, from Barcelona airport to Bonmont Golf resort takes one hour and fifteen minutes, by car. 125 kms...From Gerona airport is...226 kms. From Valencia airport 228 kms...2 hrs by car.

The budget airline Ryan-air also flys into Reus Airport, which is just twenty minutes drive to Bonmont Golf resort, at Reus airport Only 25kms.... a budget car can be hired from all these airports!

There are also trains from Barcelona, but a car is recommended once you are at Bonmont.

“Excellent Villa - car needed” This villa was a pleasure to visit, I can highly recommend renting if you want a home from home. The villa is situated on a golf course and is about 10 mins drive from both the nearest beach and the supermarket and restaurants etc. The kitchen is by far the best equiped I have ever been to and we lacked for nothing, there is Sky TV in the basement and also relayed to the lounge TV, we took our own card and were able to watch everything except the premium channels. We loved the pool and the aircon was a godsend. We visited the beachclub but found the nearby beach much more to our taste. Barcelona is a 2 hour train ride away and Port Aventura 25 mins. If you like to stay away from the hustle and bustle then this is the place. Response: Thankyou so much for taking the time to write a review!.. I do try to think of everything to make your holiday the best ever. The house being between the mountains and sea with wonderful quiet coves nearby, Situated on a fantastic Golf and sports resort, is the best of both worlds .. Theme Parks and busy towns, and the tranquility of Bonmont with Security Guards at the entrance for safety!

Our young children can't wait to visit again? They played all day with their bikes on the pstio, and could relax in the evening watching English T.V. In the Rec room.
