Boliqueime / Tenoca area

The village of Boliqueime is typical of the Algarve.Whilst it is not a resort it does contain all required amenities such as churches,pharmacy,bank,supermarket,pubs ,restaurants,hotel and lots of activities and yet still maintains its Algarvian charm.It has a good mix of locals and ex-pats so language is not a difficulty.The surrounding area has lots of local villages,untouched by time and it seems that there is a local festival of some sort on every week.This is apart from the local gypsy and fish markets.All this within a few minutes drive.

The property is self contained and owners live on-site,so are available to answer queries and advise on local activities. Is south facing with glorious sunshine all day,set within beautifully landscaped grounds.Pool area is gated,and child friendly,with depths of 1 metre to 1.4 metres and measures 8 metres by 4 metres.A section of the patio area is covered for shade.All modern facilities with comfortable living and sleeping areas.

On day of departure, must be vacated by 11:oo AM.
Earliest arrival time is 3:00PM.
Car hire firms can be recommended.
Directions will be supplied on payment in full.

Conditions

Deposit of30% with reservation,confirmed by bank transfer, will secure booking. Deposit refundable if the property can be relet after cancellation .Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival date, again, to be confirmed by Bank transfer. Security deposit of £150 to be paid with final balance, to be refunded within seven days after departure.
Any other damages, over and above security amount, will be charged for, plus any costs incurred.
