The property is a newly renovated farmhouse . A private self contained two bedroomed property with private pool and large patio area and a sun canopy. Surrounded by various fruit trees and stunning views of the countryside. Large barbecue area with outdoor tables, chairs, sunloungers & sun umbrellas.

The property is self contained and owners live on-site so are available to answer queries and advise on local activities. South facing with glorious sunshine all day, set within beautifully landscaped grounds. Pool area is gated and child friendly with depths from 1 metre to 1.4 metres and measures 8 metres by 4 metres. The patio area has a covered area for shade. All modern facilities with comfortable living and sleeping areas.

Arrival time at the property is from 3:00PM. Unless pre-arranged with owners.
Departure from the property is 11.00AM. Unless pre-arranged with owners.
Car hire required. Hire company price list is available on request.
Directions will be supplied on final payment.
Smoking is only permitted outside the property.
No glass objects allowed in the pool area, please use plastic items supplied

Conditions

Deposit of 30% with reservation confirmed by bank transfer will secure booking. Deposit refundable if the property can be re-let after cancellation . Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival date to be confirmed by Bank transfer. Security deposit of £150 to be paid with final balance to be refunded within seven days after departure.
Any other damages over and above security amount will be charged for, plus any other costs incurred.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve region is renowned for its fantastic sunny climate with approx. 320 days sunshine per year. As a result  there are a wealth of activities to suit all tastes including Golf, go karting, water sports, water parks, horse riding, cycling and many other to suit all ages and all within fifteen minutes drive or less.

The Boliqueime / Tenoca area

The village of Boliqueime is typical of the Algarve between Albufeira & Loule. Whilst it is not a resort it does contain all required amenities such as churches, pharmacy, bank, supermarket, bars, restaurants, hotel  and lots of activities and yet still maintains its Algarvian charm. It has a good mix of locals and ex-pats so language is not a difficulty. The surrounding area has lots of local villages, untouched by time and it seems that there is a local festival of some sort on every week. This is apart from the local gypsy and fish markets. All this within a few minutes drive.
