Beachview is a luxury beachfront apartment within a five star complex in Northern Cyprus. The apartment sleeps up to four people and is thoughtfully planned for luxury and comfort.
Both bedrooms are a generous size with built-in wardrobes, and kitchen is large, fully and newly equipped. The lounge provides space and comfort, with a large balcony overlooking the swimming pools. The apartment is air conditioned throughout and only 400 yards from the sea.
The complex itself has been thoughtfully conceived with an impressive range of facilities. These include not one, but three large swimming pools and one children’s pool. The complex also boasts a fitness centre, restaurants and bars. The local supermarket for the essentials is only yards away.

The Famagusta District
Famagusta was once a quiet fishing village but soon became an important and wealthy port. If you travel just eight km north you reach the site of the spectacular ruins of Salamis which is on the top of most visitors places to see list. The summers are hot and rain is quite rare. The complex's swimming pools and the beachfront location will be very welcome. The winters are cool and can be somewhat damp. In March to June you can enjoy temperatures around those of a good English summer, with only a little rain. This is the time of year when the island comes alive in a blaze of spring flowers.
Karpas peninsula is the eastern most part of the island, where the land tapers into a thin strip. This area is rich in subterranean water reservoirs and thus crops such as tobacco are grown in abundance. Forty minutes drive on the way to the peninsula, if you go slightly of the beaten track you are sure to find your very own beach for the day. The beaches in this area have been voted in the top five in the Mediterranean according to the Times newspaper.
Bogaz / Iskele area
Bogaz is a beautiful coastline village on the southern edge of the Karpas peninsula, with a dozen fish and local cuisine restaurants ranged around its harbour, often with live music for those romantic evenings. It has pleasant, relatively unpopulated sandy beaches. There are two large hotels in the area which facilitate more restaurants, nightlife and water sports such as water skiing and scuba-diving. Bogaz is well situated as a base to explore the region, only a few km north of Iskele and about 25 km north of Famagusta and on the edge of Karpas.
How to get there
Access to Northern Cyprus can be achieved by flying on a variety of scheduled flights or chartered airlines from Manchester, Heathrow, Stanstead, or Gatwick.
Access direct to northern Cyprus is to and from Ercan International Airport (flights are usually via a short stop of one hour in Turkey. A private transfer costs around £10 or £15 and takes 25 minutes for up to four people each way.
Alternatively you may choose to fly into Larnaca Airport usually about four hours 15 minutes and drive to North Cyprus. We can also arrange a private taxi to take you over the boarder and arrive at the complex 1 hour 30 minutes later. The cost of the transfer will be approximately £40 or £50.
Most of the main holiday operators have flight only options to Cyprus and theses together with other operators can be easily booked through you local travel agent or direct on the internet.
