Home description
This downstairs apartment sleeps 4 in a two bedrooms with en-suite. It is fully air conditioned, fully furnished and fully equipped to the highest standard. It has a large flat panel TV, satellite and DVD player. Patio with furniture and also an outdoor 4 seater, dining suite. There is a very large pool, which shared between the residents. Sea views. Off-road parking.
Located on the new resort complex of Hilltop, Safa Koy. The complex also has 2 communal swimming pools for you to use (in addition to our pool). There is also a coffee shop / restaurant / bar in the resort , which is ideal for a cool beverage and a snack or two during the day!
Bogaz village is a 25min walk from the apartment. This quaint little harbour village offers a choice of numerous bars, restaurants and cafes to suit every tastebud! There are also 2 supermarkets in the village - ideal for stocking up on supplies!
The historic town of Famagusta lies 25km South of Bogaz. The countryside of the Karpaz Peninsula, part of Northern Cyprus is great place to visit. There are numerous beaches to explore! English is widely spoken and the locals are friendly and helpful. The prices of most goods are reasonable and there definitely a few shopping bargains to be had! They drive on the left and even have English plug - points for your electrical items. Summer season is long and sunny.

The Famagusta District
With over 300 days of annual sunshine, Northern Cyprus is known for its long hot summers with short mild winters.
Why not explore the Karpaz Peninisula? There is so much to see that we highly recommend a car to enable you to explore this undeveloped, beautiful side of Cyprus.
A visit to the ancient ruins in Selamis is a must, as is a visit to Famagusta town, Nicosia and Kyrenia.
Bogaz area
Bogaz is charming with traditional restaurants and cafes just a short distance from the apartment. If you have a car you can drive around the area and find some beautiful, desserted beaches. The sea is only 200m from the apartment with the beach being only 400m away.
Bogaz beach (approx 2 miles) offers restaurant facilities, sun loungers and water sports. A new golf course has just opened 45 mins away.
Scuba Diving available. The clear, warm waters off the coast are very popular with scuba divers as there are some 20 sites, all providing excellent visibility, to witness an abundance of coral & marine life: stings rays, amberjacks, scorpions, bream, grouper, cuckoo, octopus, moray eel & the occasional turtle. Among the many wrecks to be explored is the world's oldest-known shipwreck, dating back 2,300 years.
The diving season lasts nominally from April to December; even in November the water temperature is 25 degrees Centigrade. At the tip of the peninsula is Turtle Beach which is 3 miles of sandy beaches & it is only open 9am-5pm during the summer months as the turtles come ashore at night to lay eggs. Overnight stays can be booked to watch them.
There are many ancient historical sites to see such as The Salamis Ruins, 12th century BC, 6 miles North of Famagusta.
How to get there
It is possible to fly into Ercan airport in Northern Cyprus which is approx. 20 minuntes drive away. Alternatively you can fly to Larnaca in Southern Cyprus & drive across the border which is approx a 40 minutes drive to Sea View Resort. Car hire is recommended if you wish to leave the complex as it is on the outskirts of the local village. We can make your booking as easy as possible for the above when you book the apartment as we can arrange your car hire & airport transfers.
Car Hire: Available daily or weekly basis. We can also offer a friendly collection service from both airports that will take you direct to the apartment complete with guided tour.

Further details outdoors: There is a shaded patio to the front of the apartment, which leads onto a walled lawn. There is a range of outdoor furniture consisiting of: 4 chairs and a comfy, wicker, 4 seater, patio set with a coffee table for you to enjoy long, lazy evenings outside.
The pool is shared between the adjacent apartments only and is equipped with numerous loungers and parasols for you to relax in comfort.
If have hired a car during your holiday, there is a shared drive for off-road parking.
The apartment is only 1km from an unspoilt beach. There are numerous beaches, through out the Cypriot coast offering a variety of places to explore. For the more adventurous you can still find a deserted beach or two! Other more popular beaches, provide a number of services and facilities such as: sun-beds, bars, restaurants and water sports.
Newly opened 18 hole golf course 45 minutes drive away at Esentepe.
Further details
A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation hire cost is required on booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 1 week before departure. These must be cleared funds.
