Panoramic Villas, Villa Kamelya is a beautiful detached villa in the grounds of the Award Winning 'Hill View Gardens Resort'
Internally this fully air conditioned villa is superbly presented and provides a comfortable and relaxing environment from which to base your holiday. The living area is open plan and incorporates the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge is a good size and provides comfortable seating as well as a TV and DVD player. From the lounge you are able to step straight out onto the terrace and absord the Panoramic views. The Kitchen is bright and spacious and comes with all modern conveniences that you require to enjoy a self catering break. Access can also be gained to the pool terrace from the kitchen. The dining area sits just off the lounge and is the ideal place for any formal meals.

Kamelya 9 has three lovely bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite and balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed whilst the third is made up of two singles making it ideal for the children. Extra guests can be accommodated through a double sofa bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are serviced by a family bathroom whilst guests have the use of a separate WC.

Following up from the bedrooms on the first floor you will find a small kitchenette that is ideal for those wanting to use the fabulous roof terrace to do their sun bathing.

Villa Kamelya is situated on the beautiful "Hill View Gardens" Resort just outside the picturesque village of Yalikavak, offering panoramic views of the coast and surrounding countryside in a peaceful and tranquil setting, yet close enough to Bodrum to provide everything you could ever want from a large, buzzing seaside resort.

Hill View Gardens Resort is very friendly and not very large, being owned by private individuals its not overcrowded, in addition to your private Panoramic pool at the villa you also have the choice of several beautiful community pools ranging from the main pool, adjacent to the restaurant and bar which boasts a water slide and Jacuzzi to secluded pools and loungers tucked away in the grounds.

There is also a fitness centre with indoor pool, gymnasium with modern equipment and sauna, an outdoor chess board, children’s play area and tennis courts. The restaurant caters for all needs ranging from breakfast, lunch, evening meal and snacks they will also cater for you to take away your meal. There is a rooftop bar which provides an ideal place to watch over the children in the pool during the day or to watch the stunning sunsets over the Aegean Sea in the evening.

The on site mini-market provides all your daily requirements. There is a large hypermarket just 1km away, providing a full range of products just like you would find in the UK. On site is a twenty four hour reception to help out with any requests, all you need to do is chill out and enjoy your holiday.

Externally the Villa has well established grounds that play host to many local flora and fauna. The grassed area runs round the private pool which is the perfect spot for cooling off. The main terrace hosts a BBQ and garden furniture where midday lunches or evening drinks can be enjoyed with the breathtaking views.

Local amenities:
Situated in the gated Hill View Gardens Resort the complex offers several community pools with plenty of sunloungers, large water chute, tennis courts, gym, sauna, indoor air conditioned pool with sun loungers, giant outdoor chess, bar and restaurant, children's playground etc. A regular shuttle service runs to and from reception down to the local villages of Yalikavak and Gumusluk. These villages offer fabulous, beaches, restaurants, bars and shops as well as local supermarkets. Yalikavak marina is modern and vibrant with an open air ampitheatre. Other local activities include golf, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, cycling, walking, jet ski, aqua park, horse riding, swimming and sea fishing. The bright lights of Bodrum city centre are just 25 minutes drive away including a fabulous water theme park.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Aegean Coast tempts tourists to Turkey with its long, beautiful beaches and forest hills. Ancient port towns such as Foça, Kusadasi and Bodrum have re-invented themselves as modern-day resorts with well-developed tourist infrastructures. But its popularity is nothing new; all the way back in the 2nd Century, Greek travel writer Pausanias wrote a glowing review of the Aegean Coast, praising its pleasant weather climate and splendid architecture.

The northern end of the coast is more popular with the locals than for foreigners, as the farther south you go the better the climate gets. There's plenty to see and lots of sunshine, and it’s easy to get to with regular bus routes from Istanbul and Ankara, and even a ferry from Venice during the summertime.

The Bodrum / Yalikavak area

Yalikavak, described as the St Tropez of Turkey, lies at the north-west corner of the Bodrum Peninsula, 17 km or 10 miles from Bodrum and used to be a fishing and sponge divers village. The permanent inhabitants of Yalikavak number around 6,800 people.

This fertile coastal region is ideal for sailing and all water sports and attracts many foreign yachts to the harbour that once sheltered mainly fishing boats. Yalikavak is renown for superb sunsets and its unspoilt shoreline and sparkling clean sea is one of the few remaining abodes of the endangered Monachus Monachus Mediterranean seals and therefore a protected area. In 2002 Yalikavak Bay was awarded the "Blue Flag" for its clean waters.

Firstly I'd like to express how happy we were with the villa and the holiday as a whole. The villa was exceptional and led us to have a brilliant holiday in Turkey. Wendi was very helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I think she was slightly unnerved to begin with when she let in six 25 year old guys ready to unleash hell on Turkey, but was also pleasantly surprised when she came to collect the keys off of us and we had cleaned from top to bottom! She expressed these views and thought it was hilarious that we had done this. So, without doubt I would strongly recommend this set up for a holiday in Turkey; the combination of a luxury villa in a secluded area with a short taxi journey to the crazy town of Gumbet was perfect.

I also want to thank you for the great job that you did for us in organising the villa for us, you're hard work was very much appreciated.
