This 2-bedroom penthouse apartment has spectacator sea views it is situated at the upper end of the resort close to the sea-shore headland and the monorail which descends to the sea. It is comfortably furnished with double and twin rooms, good sized living area, integral kitchen and family sized bathroom.
The bathroom includes a bath, with shower over, toilet, hand basin and washing machine. The living area leads directly out on to a large balcony with magnificent views to the sea and the adjacent pool. The balcony has patio furniture so that you are able to enjoy eating al-fresco during your stay.
This first floor apartment has a large private roof terrace area with sun loungers provided. Each apartment group shares a communal pool set in landscaped grounds. A small splash pool is provided for small children to enjoy in safety. Full air conditioning and heating.

Bodrum Past and present, a humble fishing village until the early 1970s, Bodrum is now one of Turkey’s largest and most cosmopolitan resorts and only a 20 minute drive from the resort. The town is situated on the country’s Aegean coast. Bodrum is home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the tomb of Mausolus.
Today's Bodrum has aspects that appeal to a broad range of interests. The sunbather, the deep sea diver, the avid sailor, the night club fan and the shopaholic can all fully indulge in their favourite pastime.
It's the most international of Turkey's summer towns and is renowned for its foreign restaurants, vibrant atmosphere and bohemian lifestyle. Bodrum has something on offer for everyone whether it be feasting, drinking, dancing, shopping, sunbathing, sailing or sightseeing - day or night.
Just a 5 minute drive from the resort is the impressive new Vita Park Golf Resort, with two championship golf courses.
When you arrive at the fantastic Flamingo Country Club there is no need to leave as the resort has all the facilities and amenities you shall require. This includes swimming pools, restaurant bar with free wireless internet facility 3 Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Outdoor Chess and for your relaxation a magical sauna turkish bath (hamam) and Indoor Pool.
The Bodrum area
Pamukkable is beautiful natural site, the spring water have a positive effect on people with bad blood circulation and in Hierapolis you can swim over the ancient remains in the thermal baths
During the day you can cool down in the bar with a cool drink and a game of pool. Then In the evening you can watch the sun go down and enjoy a beautiful meal in the exclusive restaurant overlooking the Tuzla Region. There are also local restaurants and shops just 5 minutes from the resort.
A Dolmus service operates regularly every day from the resort into the magnificent Bodrum Town. A launderette is available to all the residents for a small charge.
Situated on a beautiful peninsula, Bodrum, home of the famous Greek historian Herodotus, is these days better known as a popular holiday resort. Enchanting villages of houses painted in white and trimmed with purple bougainvillea together with miles of sandy beaches and ideal locations for water sports.
Explore the local bays around the area which have a tranquillity which cannot be bought. Flamingo has a private beach with restaurant and a cable car to access it which makes it a delightful getaway. There is also a local bus which passes every 2 hours into the local towns and Bodrum centre.
Bodrum casts a magic spell. It exerts a lasting fascination on everyone who visits, irrespective of age, nationality or sex. Bodrum retains its charm despite the crowds and development. Women feel more beautiful, men feel more intriguing. This is Bodrum's spell.
Two metres under the narrow streets of Bodrum lies 5000 years of history. A few monuments attest to this history: the castle, the Myndus Gate, the Roman theatre and the Mausoleum.

We are 4 girls who stayed in June 2011, given the cost of the accommodation we were really pleasantly surprised (it really is too good to be true!). The apartment was clean modern and spacious. The balcony at Abelia 6 is better than most of the others because it was so spacious and over looked the Sea. The pools in the resort were clean and plentiful so there was always a quiet spot to hideaway. A rental car is a MUST if you go here because although there are a few restaurants across the 4 resorts I imagine you would get pretty bored if you couldn't drive out. Bodrum airport is a short drive from the apartment and the roads are clean and easy to drive (in fact it is just one straight road from the airport). Driving was easy in and around Bodrum and we spent much of the week driving the penninsula and discovering new beaches. Just don't rent your car from Almeria becasue they didn't turn up when we arrived and were so late when we were trying to return the car that we nearly missed our flight! Budget care hire is in the airport and I recommend them to hire your car from. |
