This brand new 1st floor apartment is extremely spacious (132 sq mtrs) and beautifully furnished to accommodate up to 8 guests with air conditioning / heating throughout, and fully fitted with mosquito nets. As a family holiday home, we have provided everything you could wish for to enjoy your stay.
The quaint village of Güllük is just a 5 minute walk along the sea front offering a real Turkish experience, where you can watch your fish meal being delivered directly from the fishing boats and prepared with simple, fresh local ingredients. You can while away the time with the locals in the village tea houses or drink cocktails in a hammock or dance at the beach club. It simply has something for everyone.
Unobstructed, spectacular views of the stunning turquoise Aegean can be enjoyed from 3 balcony/terraces on which the sun shines all day but with shade if you need it, followed by the most beautiful sunsets while you enjoy your evening drinks. You are so close to the sea, you can hear the waves lapping on the beach.
As the apartment overlooks the pool, for those with older children you can sit on the balconies and keep your eye on them having a fabulous time. Guests also have access to a private beach only 2 minute walk away, where you can jump straight into the clear blue waters, or enjoy a drink and a snack at the bar / cafe.

We've spent time and money furnishing the apartment to give it a 5* feeling.
The apartment is idea for couples and families and the bedrooms have plenty of space for a travel cot and lots of storage. There are 3 double bedrooms, Master with en-suite, a king-size bed and another large balcony/terrace. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and private balcony. The 3rd has twin beds also. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. All have fitted wardrobes. In addition to the en-suite, there is a family bathroom.
All linen and towels and T-towels are provided but please take your own beach towels.
A full information pack with tips and ideas will be sent to you before you leave.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher - who needs to wash up on holiday?!
Free wireless is available in the apartment and in many of the restaurants and bars for those who want to take a laptop, or you can visit the internet cafe.
There is a selection of games - chess/backgammon/cards/dominoes/cribbage/Boggle.

The complex facilities include a large communal pool, children's pool and gym. It is totally enclosed to ensure the safety of your children.
The apartment is accessed via 2 steps followed by 12 to the front door.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region


Turkey is a beautiful country, with fantastic beaches, cosmopolitan cities, self-contained towns and gorgeous little fishing villages dotted along the extensive coast.. Turkey, on the whole, offers excellent value for money; accommodation, travel, food and drink generally cost next to nothing. Güllük is centrally located to allow easy exploration of the Bodrum peninsula and further afield.
The stretch of coast from Marmaris to Antalya is known as the Turquoise Coast. Protected by the outlying Dodecanese islands, you`ll understand why they call this part of the Aegean the Turquoise Coast when you see the startling blue colour of the water.
This area boasts almost 300 days of sunshine a year with temperatures from the mid 40's in summer to a mild 15 degrees in the winter, making this a delightful location for a winter break.
It is no surprise that water sports feature prominently in activities in this area, including sailing, diving, water skiing and wind-surfing.
If you are interested in archaeology and ancient sites you will be amazed at the number of opportunities to explore remains of amphitheatres, markets, churches, tombs and towns of the Lydian, Lycian, Carian, Ionian, Dorian, Hellenic and Roman civilizations.
The Bodrum / Gulluk area
Güllük, in Turkish, means “place of roses” and that probably gives more than a good first impression and introduction to this beautiful location on the Aegean Sea. Güllük is an authentic fishing village located at the north end of the Bodrum Peninsula.
The town is surrounded by hills covered with olive, fig and citrus trees overlooking Güllük Bay known as the “fishing paradise of Turkey”. It is not surprising that the town of Güllük is famous for its fish restaurants, where sea bass and sea bream are a speciality.
It has a good range of waterside restaurants and bars, beach clubs, modern supermarkets (Migros / Tesco) and banking facilities, and a weekly open air market whilst retaining its small town charms. The local people are warm, friendly and welcoming and English is widely spoken.
The harbour provides a vibrant spot where fishing boats moor alongside yachts, and locals and tourists mingle along the promenade. During the evenings, the centre of Güllük is closed to road traffic in the peak season and people spill over into the streets and dine at open-air cafes and restaurants fronting the promenade.
The picturesque Bay of Güllük is full of small-unspoilt bays, coves and beaches and offers views over the historical site of Iassos; an ancient city founded by Greek colonists. You can visit the flamingoes in a nearby bay.
Excursions to traditional villages to watch carpets being made, the waterpark, para-sailing, river rafting, swimming with dolphins, jeep safaris, locals markets, fishing and boat trips - the list is endless!
You can enjoy site-seeing trips to Bodrum, Pamukkale/Hierapolis, Aphrodisias and Ephesus, Iassos and Halikarnassus. All can be booked at one of the booking offices in Güllük centre.
The winter months are mild and Güllük is ideal for a short winter break or sunny summer holiday. With sea temperatures ranging from 25 to 16 °C between summer and winter, Güllük is a great location for swimming, sailing and watersports at any time of the year.

Bodrum is approximately 30 minutes drive from the apartment, much of the way running along the picturesque coastline. The inhabitants of Bodrum number around 30.000 and earn their living by fishing, boat-building, agriculture, weaving (the village Mumcular is famous for its carpets, kilims and other weavings).
As you enter the town the impressive St. Peters Castle dominates the waterside area and modern marina. Boats to the nearby islands of Kos and Rhodes run from Bodrum port.
Through a myriad of narrow streets, designer shops sit alongside traditional bazaars and antiquities provide a link to the history of this fascinating area. There are a variety of places to eat - Italian, Thai, Chinese, Mexican , European and traditional Turkish, and children are always welcome. There are also many bars and discos lining the yacht-filled marina.
With sea temperatures ranging from 16 to 25 degrees between summer and winter, Bodrum and Güllük are a great location for a diving holiday at any time of the year. There are two main reefs off the coast with depths of between 6 and 32 metres.

I think the fact that I will be returning with my friends for the third year running speaks volumes, it has become an annual girls trip which we all look forward to and wouldn't dream of booking anywhere else. The apartment is massive-imagine 6 girls and the amount of luggage that comes with that and we had plenty of space. It is an ideal location for a group/family/couple that want a quiet and chilled week away. The apartment has everything that you could possibly want-dishwasher, cold water dispenser, DVD player, Ipod docking station-everything! Also very clean and the decor if home from home. The thing I go back for year after year is the big balconies with the beanbags, there is no better place to eat your breakfast in the morning! The swimming pool is also big, clean and cold! Lots of sun loungers! The complex is also very friendly and people will pass the time of day with you. Booking was very simple and easy and Ros is so helpful with regards to accommodating flight times and will also arrange transfers and then someone to meet/greet and welcome you into the apartment. You have peace of mind whilst there that if anything goes wrong that there is someone in the village who can help. The local village has everything you could want-we enjoyed many meals out and about and came back a stone lighter but very relaxed!! There is nothing more I can say apart from, please book and I promise you'll want to go back again and again. |

The apartment was spacious, very well equipped and enjoyed fabulous sea views. This is probably the best holiday accommodation that we have ever had, ideally located for the town, bus station, restaaurants and local shops. The pool at the complex was extremely well maintained. The staff at the complex were very hepful. The close proximity to the airport was a bonus as was not having to hire a car and drive everywhere! Defimitely a relaxing holiday! |

I have to say that we all had a great time. The flat was very spacious, clean and tidy. The view was amazing and although the beach was only a few meters away, we preferred the swimming pool which is quite big and never crowded.
