About the home

Vila Roza is located on the Onurkent private estate. Onurkent is a secure estate with its own shop, new restaurant and cafe. There is an Olympic size and children's swimming pool with stunning views and pool side bar with evening entertainment in the summer.

The Village of Gundogan has all you need, including a supermarket, beach, restaurants and bars. There is also a weekly market every Wednesday where you can buy fresh local produce. Also If you are looking for a lively night out, Bodrum is 20 minutes drive away which you can catch a Dolmus (mini bus) from Gundogan at regular intervals.

Aqua Park is another exciting place for all the family to enjoy in Bodrum Gumbet area.

This beautiful and specious refurbished villa is on 3 floors and has a large entrance hall, new modern fitted kitchen, large family lounge with log fire place (for the winter months) and air conditioning. 3 furnished bedrooms on 2 floors. All have air conditioning, one with 2 single beds one with bunk beds and one with a king size bed with wardrobes and chest of drawers. 2 bathrooms with showers (24 hours hot water not just when the sun comes out), washing machine on first floor. Balcony windows, roof terrace overlooking the sea and islands. 2 patio areas one with brick BBQ and private garden.
All windows have new mosquito nets.

There is a free football place ( muga ) with night lighting in the estate where you can usually find people from all ages playing and they welcome you to join in if you want to have a go..

The Bodrum / Gundogan area

Gundogan (Gundowan) is a peaceful little fishing village. It has a horse shoe shaped beach with a cyristal clear water and is surrounded by some lovely restaurants and cafes offering good quality local and international food.
In the summer, when these restaurants often be full, tables and chairs spill out from the pedestrian walkway onto the beach. You literally dine just a few feet away from the water."Terzi Mustafa" is one of the most popular restaurant on the seafront which is famous with its freshly made "meze" (turkish starters) and main courses such as fish, meatballs or chicken.

The beach is gently sloping and ideal for children. For the adventurous there is a hire shop where you can hire jet-ski, water-ski, wind ski and hobie-cat sail at very reasonable price.
