Imagine, after spending a long lazy day sitting around your own private swimming pool having a early evening drink on the main balcony or the roof terrace watching the boats cross the bay. All you have to do is decide whether you will go to one of the many restaurants (fish is a speciality) or eat in dining on the wonderful local grown produce sold in the markets and bizzares in Bodrum.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The coast is viewable from most rooms in the villa but if you want to stretch your legs and actually feel the sand beneath your feet the closest beach is in Torba which is a mere 10 minute walk away. Alternatively you could hop on one of the very frequent local buses to Bodrum which is only 5km away and will cost 60p (or thereabouts). With the clear blue waters of the Aegean on your doorstep it's no wonder scuba diving, snorkling, windsurfing, fishing and sailing are well catered for.
Bodrum / Torba area
Torba - has a wonderful restaurant, cafe and bar culture, water sports and is only 5 minute walk from the villa. Due to the positioning of the villa you have all of the convenience of Torba but in the peace and quiet surroundings of the villa. Bodrum is a historical mecca with innumerate points of interest to explore and enjoy. In addition it houses vast shopping bazaars, Turkish baths and entertainment delights, well worth a trip!
How to get there
The closest airport is in Bodrum which is a 30 minute transfer to the villa and would cost circa £25 by local taxi. Once in the villa a car is not required to get around the area, but our housekeeper can make arrangements locally if car hire is required following your arrival. Alternatively transfers from the airport can be organised -please ask for the very competitive pricing.

Further details indoors: The first floor is a vast open plan entertainment area with marble flooring, which includes the lounge, dining room, kitchen & balconies all over looking the bay of Torba. It has been interior designed to echo the loft style of living with leather,glass & wood furnishings. The master bedroom is expansive, with an en suite and a walk-in dressing area. The patio doors open out onto the swimming pool, ideal for that early morning or late night dip! The kitchen is modern in design and as well as being an attractive feature of the villa it is fully functional containing all of the essentials that one could need. For maximum comfort in the long hot summer nights, air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms.
Further details outdoors: There are four main outside areas of the villa to choose and relax out in:- 1)The roof terrace is vast and has six sun loungers. 2)By the poolside are two teak steamers and a teak table with chairs and an umbrella. 3)The terrace off of the living room has comfortable a rattan table, two setees and two single chairs. 4)The terrace off of the dining room has a further table and chairs. The private swimming pool is 8 x 4 metres, The stone built-in barbecue is on the main balcony over looking the pool.

To reserve your desired holiday dates please call Jean Spencer (Owner) who will confirm availability. The villa is then booked in your name & a deposit payment of 20% of the cost is due immediately (non-refundable). Not less than ten weeks prior to holiday departure the remaining balance plus a refundable damages deposit of £200 is then due. On return from your holiday & given that the villa has no damage beyond reasonable wear & tear then the damages deposit is returned immediately & in full.
Conditions
The changeover days are flexible. Guests are requested to depart the villa by 10am and arrive after 4pm.
