Villa Bodrum is a very special place, Located in Yalikavak/ Bodrum, it has 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning (3 bedrooms have double bed, 1 bedroom has 2 single beds) , 2 bathrooms, a saloon with a fire place, and a kitchen(with oven, hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, dish washer,CD player, Satellite TV, portable barbecue, dishes and other kitchen equipment). It is located in a 2500m square garden and it has a 90m square swimming pool.(Garden and swimming pool is shared with the villa next to it, owners are staying at the next villa , you can view the location of both villas from the photos). We have housekeeper, every day cleans the outside (pool area), collects garbage and does the pool care

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
There are a lot of restaurants and bars within a very short walking distance of the villa.The small harbour has a good selection of traditional Turkish restaurants, fish restaurants, cafes and bars.Where ever you choose to eat, you will find that the staff are very friendly and the service is excellent, with reasonable prices. Yalikavak has a brand new marina which is open to the public. There are very nice cafes and restaurants in the marina.You will also find a 2500 person capacity amphitheatre which hosts a number of concerts and other events throughout the season.
Bodrum / Yalikavak area
This site is a very lovely site surrounded by Mediterranean flowers and has a great view of the sea and the Greek Islands. It is located 8 minutes' walk from the centre of Yalikavak (fishing village) where there are a lot of cafes, bars, restaurants.50m from the beach. It's 3 minutes by car to the most popular 2 beaches, 15 km away from the centre of Bodrum, 1,5 km to the supermarkets Migros and Gimma. It is 2 minutes by car to the Yalikavak marina( a lot of nice restaurants, cafes, bars), 40 km to the Bodrum/ Milas International Airport, and 5km to golf courses.
You will find a supermarket called "Migros" in the marina. Alternatively other markets "Migros MMM", Gimma are about 3 km from the house. All beaches along the peninsula are clean and the water crystal clear; there are several small beaches within walking distance of the house. There are also private beach clubs in Yalikavak, you pay a daily fee which includes the food, the price is really reasonable when you compare with beach clubs in Europe.
