Villa Nisus is a beautiful newly built 4 bedroom villa situated on a 5 star gated complex built in the hills over looking Lake Tuzla on the Bodrum peninsula, the complex was developed to combine a holiday life style with nature and its natural surrounding features, with its natural salt water lake home to many Flamingos on a seasonal basis. The villa has its own private pool, but you can also use the shared indoor and outdoor pool in the resort.

The picturesque fishing village of Gulluk is only 10 minutes drive away, with its natural harbour and friendly restaurants and cafes along the water front, also home to well known Fuegos restaurant were you can relax and dine day or night. Bodrum is also only 20 minutes drive away incorporating its cosmopoliton atmosphere and lifestyle, with Bodrum marina, home to many yachts and boats, overlooked by the ancient and historic Bodrum Castle. If this is not enough then you can spend many hours browsing and shopping in the array of shops Bodrum has to offer.

Villa Nisus has been built to a very high standard and boasts many features. It has four good size bedrooms, 1 double room, 2 twin rooms and one single room all with air conditioning, with three bathrooms one of them being the master bedroom en-suite.

The Villa has a fully fitted kitchen with Granite tops and a dining and lounge area with air conditioning, which is all open plan, with patio doors over looking the terrace and pool where there is an out side purpose built barbecue area. And for those late sunny evenings you can retire to the roof terrace and relax with a drink watching the sun go down.

The Turquoise coast lies on Turkey’s most south western shore, dominated by the Toros mountain range which creates a stunning backdrop for many of the beaches. Making it the ideal holiday destination for families, friend or couples alike.

The Bodrum / Gulluk area

Lakeside Garden is situated in the hill side of an headland of land with the turquoise blue Agean sea on one side, and a natural salt water lake on the other called Lake Tuzla.

Villa Nisus benefits from being part of this 5 star gated complex called Lakeside Garden, which has panoramic views across Lake Tuzla and Vita Park Golf Course beyond.

Lakeside Garden has been designed and built to incorporate the many natural features of the surrounding area with a "holiday lifestyle" in mind, whether its being relaxed and laid back around the pool, or walking down to the private beach to take a swim in the Agean sea where you can try some of the water sports available, or play 18 holes of golf at the Vita Park Golf course(5-10 min drive away) over looking lake tuzla, the choice is yours. And then at the end of the day you can return to lakeside and make use of the on site facilities, perhaps a sauna or spend some time in the fitness suite and then a swim in the indoor pool. Or you may just return to your Villa and relax by your own pool taking in the last of the days sun.

3. We can reccomend a very good car rental service with competative rates, car rental can be arranged.

4. Airport transfers can be arranged to and from the complex, ask for details.

5. There is a taxi rank outside the airport with fixed rates, taxis can also be booked from the complex to go into bodrum or gulluk etc.

6. There is a regular bus shuttle service which picks up outside the complex
