About the home

- The apartment in located on the hillside overlooking Yalikavak marina and bay. It is in a medium sized secluded development surrounded by olive groves and green hills. The gated development provides 24 hour security, communal gardens, infinity swimming pool with facilities and parking spaces. The 50m2 top floor terrace guarantees amazing views all day long and then provides the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a glass of wine after the sunset. Children facilities including travel cot, steriliser, booster chair and paddling pool make it perfect for family holiday.

- Walking distance to excellent seafront restaurants and 2km to the town centre with its shops and famous local market. Yalikavak has an amazing sea and coastline coupled with a cool endless breeze. When entering the town you feel a sense of calm and tranquillity. The charm of the traditional town centre and the cosmopolitan marina blend together where new meets old. Beautiful fish restaurants line the harbour, cinema, clinics and shops has transformed Yalikavak into a major centre on the Peninsula

- Cancellation within 6 weeks of departure - no refund.

The Bodrum / Yalikavak area

- Fly to Bodrum Milas (BJV) airport. There is plenty of direct charter flights from major UK airports from May to October and indirect flights via Istanbul. From Istanbul Turkish Airlines flys to Bodrum daily all year round.
Easy Jet will fly from Gatwick to Bodrum from 23 of april.
- Transfer from the airport to the apartment takes around 45 minutes. You can find a taxi easily at the airport or private transfer and car hire can be arranged for you at an additional cost.

Just wanted to say a big thank, you for the hire of your fantastic apartment. We had such a great time and felt so at home in your apartment. It is so well furnished, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and with the help of the air conditioning we slept really well. As for Yalikavak. As you know it was our first time in Turkey. So we did have a few concerns prior to going. These were quickly laid to rest. The people, food, service everything was without fault. In fact we love it so much we are trying to return in September! It’s not very often these days you get such value for money and service.
