The accommodation is comfortable and functional with air-conditioning and tastefully furnished from IKEA, so it is modern and neutral. There is an en-suite master bedroom with sliding doors to the balcony, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. The open plan living and kitchen area includes all appliances with access to the private garden and terrace.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Aegean Coast is famous for its Turkish archaeological sites and their Greek and Roman influences. It is also home to the ancient cities of Troy and Ephesus, where there are amphitheatres and Greek columns galore.
The coast is also known for its landscape of sandy beaches, olive groves and pine trees, and the popular Turrkish mineral spa Pamukkale is found on a mountain plateau.
Bodrum / Gumusluk Village area
The local bus stop to Gumusluk is a 5 minute walk from the villa.
Gumusluk is one of the oldest settlements on the Bodrum Peninsula, in fact it was built on the ancient city of Myndos and is therefore a protected area. The ruins can still be seen with a 'walk way' in the sea to 'Rabbit Island' where you might just spot a bunny or three!
The local minibus runs frequently and takes 5 minutes to reach Gumusluk beach, which is very sheltered with warm shallow waters, ideal for children, snorkellers and water sports enthusiasts alike. There is also an Aqua Park in Bodrum which is approximately 30 minutes/20 km away.
The towns of Turgutreis and Yalikavak are easily accessible by local mini bus or taxis and have supermarkets, gift shops, restaurants and bars. Bodrum also has large shopping centres, a hypermarket, marina, beach and more restaurants and bars.
Located less than a mile from the villa is the famous 'Limon' restaurant. Limon is situated on the hillside with uninterrupted views of the sea and the spectacular sunset. People travel from as far as Istanbul just to experience this magical setting and watch the sun go down whilst sipping a cocktail!
How to get there
*** NOW WITH LOW COST FLIGHTS DIRECT FROM LONDON TO BODRUM WITH EASY JET*** Direct summer flights to Bodrum (BJV) are available from most UK airports with Onur Air, First Choice, Monarch, and Excel Air.
You can also go via Istanbul with EasyJet, Turkish Airlines and Onur Air. Flight time is approx 4 hours. Transfer time is 1 hour.
Car hire is available from the airport, but not essential. Taxis are available at a standard cost or private transfer can be arranged if required.

Master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-con, en-suite and access to furnished balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air-con. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds, fitted wardrobes and electric fan. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space.
Bathrooms:
The master bedroom has an en-suite with corner shower unit, WC and basin. The family bathroom has the same. Downstairs there is a WC and vanity basin.
Kitchen:
Kitchen is well equipped and also has a smoothie maker. Children's plates/bowls are provided.
Utility Room:
Separate utility room with washing machine, clothes drier, pegs, linen basket, iron and ironing board.
Living Room:
Fully air-conditioned open plan living area with comfortable 'L' shaped sofa, arm chair and foot stool. Feature fireplace. Extendable dining table and 6 chairs. Access to the terrace and outside bar.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
All bedlinen and towels (including beach towels) are provided. Cot bedding is also available. Additional cleaning/linen changes can be arranged for a small charge.
Further details outdoors: The villa stands in its own private walled garden, with maturing shrubs. There is a large terrace, partially covered giving shade for dining (especially with children). There is a purpose built barbecue and outside bar, perfect for mixing your own cocktails! Luxury sun loungers, a hammock and a large parasol provide the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the sunshine!
Please note: the villa is in a slightly elevated position and has a few stone steps leading down to the front door, therefore it would probably not suit anyone with mobility problems.

Conditions
To secure your booking a non refundable deposit of £100 is payable by cheque or bank transfer. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure together with a security deposit of £100, which will be returned with 7 days of your return home.

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful holiday we had at Jasmine Villa last week. The weather was superb, beaches idyllic and it was fabulous for the children. We had a really relaxing time and, to be honest, didn't venture much further than Gumusluk - didn't need to - it had everything we needed. You were right about the restaurants - we had a ball! The villa was lovely and perfectly equipped - we particularly enjoyed the star gazing on the chill-out balcony. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday in Turkey. The villa was truly lovely, with everything we needed, and the location near Gumusluk harbour, delightful. The swimming pool was wonderful and much needed. The sun and high temperatures of 100 degree F plus every afternoon, forced us to really stop and unwind and read all those books we took. We enjoyed the sights of Bodrum and Ephesus on day trips out, and the girls even braved a proper hamam Turkish bath. Limon restaurant was a special treat on the last night.
