Home description
The villa is the last one of six at the bottom of a private driveway with parking space at the front. There are landscaped gardens all around giving shade during the hot season and ideal for a barbeque. You can even pick your own fruit from the trees. Inside you will find the villa comfortably furnished and with all the equipment you would expect to find in a modern home including air conditioning. The location is very peaceful and tranquil, each villa on the site is privately owned and not all are available to let so you can expect peace and quiet relaxing around the villa and the pool at any time. We have recently added a covered cushioned area on the roof terrace and also a comfortable swing lounger in the garden plus a choice of BBQs using charcoal or gas whichever you prefer.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The season extends from May to October ;July and August being the hotest months. A car is recommended to enable you to make the most of the region during your stay as there is much to see and do.
Bodrum / Gundogan area
The nearest beach is 10 minutes walk away and has a few restaurants and cafes. Popular but few tourists here , ideal for sun bathing on or swimming off the jetties.Sit at a table on the beach and enjoy local home made food,fancy a boat ,trip just ask. 10 minutes away is Gundogan where there are more local shops and a market every wednesday where you can buy fresh produce very cheaply;In nearby Gundogan there is a small marina a good choice of restaurants, live music the evenings, water sports and boat trips are available from here also. 20 mins away is Yalikavak with its marina restaurants and weekly market. The historic town of Bodrum is about 35mins away by road. Here you will find Bodrum Castle and Marina, markets shops restaurants bars and night life. There are ferries and boat trips to Kos and other Greek islands. Visit Bitez a family resort famous for windsurfing where all the restaurants are right on the beach.
How to get there
The Villa is approximately 40 minutes by road from Bodrum Airport. Taxis are always available at the airport. Transfer to the property or car hire from the airport can be arranged through our agents in Bodrum if you wish.

There is an on site caretaker who maintains the pool and gardens.
He will also arrange the weekly cleaning, and changing of linen and towels during your stay usually at the weekend on a day to suit you. This is included in the rental cost.
A welcome pack of cold soft drinks, water, beers, tea ,coffee, milk and sugar will be available whatever time you arrive.
Conditions
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. No pets allowed. Refundable damage deposit is required Linen and towels provided will be changed weekly and the villa cleaned at no extra cost.

Our first time in Turkey so we did not know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised by the warmth and friendliness of the people and quality and cleanliness of the cafes and restaraunts.The market in Gundogan is amazing with cheap produce, spices and clothing.The nearby beach is really nice too. All in all a very relaxing and wonderful holiday.
