The owner also owns a two bedroom, two bathroom, apartment on the same development, equally furnished to the same high standard. Making it possible for up to eleven people to holiday together. ( See property ref: 73382)
The villa has three spacious floors of living, each boasting panoramic sea views. There are three large bedrooms, (one has a king size double and a single bed, creating a sizeable family room). Three full bathrooms (2 en-suite - 1 with bath and shower). The bathrooms are fully tiled with travertine, designer wash-basins, mirrors and artworks.
The villa is furnished with new solid wood furniture, luxury leather lounge furniture, designer dining table, and an abundance of designer table lamps, accessories and artwork throughout. Every room has patio doors giving direct access to outside terraces, with amazing sea views and an abundance of outside furniture.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
THE Bodrum peninsula is one of the most beautiful parts of Turkeys' Aegean Coast. There are numerous small fishing villages and resorts around the peninsula, each with their own distinct individual character. There are many small coves, and larger beaches - many offering a range of water sports, and daily boat trips.
The area is steeped in history, and this is still evident across the peninsula. Take time to visit the more obvious sites in Bodrum such as: St Peter's Castle, The Mausoleum, The Amphi Theatre and Myndos Gate. Lycian and Roman ruins can be found throughout the region including such attractions such as Ephesus, the largest archaeological site in the world, the temple of Apollo at Didim and the 16th century castle of St. Peter built by the crusaders, standing guard over Bodrum Harbour.
Bodrum / Yalikavak area
Tucked away on the northern shore of the Bodrum Peninsula is Yalikavak, locally known as "A Jewel In The Heart Of The Aegean", thanks to its wonderful beaches and abundant nature.
Yalikavak is fast becoming a popular tourist destination with its authentic villages and high class international marina. Yalikavak is ideal for people who want the facilities of a bigger resort but not the non stop night-life.
Yalikavak is one of the greenest locations on the Bodrum peninsula and nature has been generous in terms of granting it an amazing sea and coastline, together with an endless breeze that cools this unique place even during the hottest of summer days.
Windmills are one of the symbols of Yalikavak. When you arrive at the location where the windmills stand you will be greeted with an enchanting panorama as far as the eye can see. Above all when the sun sets over Yalikavak it's the perfect time to enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants that line the harbour and sea front of Yalikavak.
It's enough to take just a short tour around Yalikavak to realise that it's the best of all round destination of the Bodrum peninsula and well deserves the title.......

Further details indoors: The lounge is stunningly designed in black and white, with leather seating for seven. On the wall is a 42" plasma TV with complete surround sound system, two wall mounted cabinets hold over 200 DVDs, classic films, TV series, and many greats, for you to enjoy if you wish to have a lazy night in. Patio doors lead directly onto a covered terrace with three piece suite and table. There are ample outside lights, to enable you to sit and watch the world go by late into the night.
All three bedrooms are furnished with luxury king size beds, designer bedding, deep pillows, and summer duvets. All bedrooms have more than adequate chests of drawers, full hanging wardrobes, mirrors, and artwork. The bedrooms on the lower floor open out onto the poolside terrace, again with deep cushioned furniture. The master bedroom suite on the top floor has access to its' own huge sunny terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with a full range of quality china, crockery, cutlery and glassware - huge wine goblets and champagne flutes!!. Quality cooking pans, oven ware, and utensils. A water cooler is in the kitchen area.
The villa has air conditioning units in every room, and a full radiator central heating system is installed for the colder months.
Further details outdoors: The villa is set in its own grounds, surrounded by grass and landscaping. To the rear of the villa is the private pool, surrounded by travertine terrace, teak decking and grass areas, with uninterrupted amazing sea views. There is a shady teak pergola to one side, with luxurious rattan suite, up and down lights, and lights in the deck, making this a superb place to sit in the evening enjoying a long cool drink, overlooking the lights of Yalikavak.
There is an abundance of outside furniture. Three piece suites on the lounge level terrace, on the bedroom poolside terrace, and under the pergola. There are teak sun loungers with deep relaxing cushions, and rattan loungers with cushions. Solid teak dining table and chairs on the terrace off the dining room. There is enough outside furniture for 22 people to relax at the same time!!
Pool towels are provided.
There is private off road parking to the front the villa. There are several stone steps down from the parking area to the front door, so elderly or infirm may find this difficult.
Further details
The villa is managed and run by an English owned villa management company, and the villa is cleaned to impeccable standards. On two week bookings, or more, a mid term clean and change of linen and towels is included in the price. A midweek clean can also be arranged, at an extra cost, if required.
There is also a large communal infinity feature pool on the complex , surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace, and communal BBQs, as from the rest of the site the views from here are breathtaking.
Our Villa Management Company, which is run by a very helpful English couple, can arrange some shopping for you to be awaiting your arrival. They will make contact with you once your booking is confimred.
They can also arrange airport transfers for you, either one way or both, and car hire, either for the whole of your stay, or part of your visit when then car can be delivered to the villa.
The villa is strictly no smoking inside, but smoking is allowed on the terraces. The villa is not suitable for young children, although young babies are acceptable (a travel cot can be hired).
