The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Turquoise coast of Turkey is one of the nicest and most colourful coastlines of south Turkey. There are kms of coast line with amazing nature. There are many historical and ancient sites. When you are in Bodrum you will be in the middle of the Turquoise coast and especially if you have a car, you can reach many of this sites easily.
Bodrum / Yalikavak area
We are proud and happy to share the beauties of Yalikavak with you. Yalikavak is one of the greenest locations on the peninsula located at a unique point where the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas meet. It is becoming a tourism centre a constant increase in importance, thanks to its extraordinary beaches , stunning nature, authentic villages, historical legacy and excellent architecture. There is an old olive oil processing plant which has been converted a gallery where Works of art are displayed by local artists. Yalikavak boats a new marina that services yachts from all over the world it also has some interesting attractions such as diving, sailing schools and bistros which serve excellent seafood by the harbour
In Hillside Garden Complex, you will be in the middle of many different choices for beautiful beaches, charming restaurants and only 5 minutes drive from Yalikavak Marina or Turgutreis Marina. You can choose where you want to go from the balcony of your apartment as you have the full view of all these destinations. The area is amazingly green and ancient city called myndos is also 5 minutes drive from where you are. Gumusluk town has famous fish restaurants with very affordable prices as well as famous rabbit island. You can find many charming bars with live music by the sea in Yalikavak and Turgutreis. In Bodrum there are many different festivals all year around. There is the biggest undersea museum in the world inside the amazing Bodrum Castle. If you also like night life, Bodrum is a world famous place with lots of clubs by the sea. If you want to be in the middle of all these, you won’t be able find a better place than Hillside Garden Complex.
How to get there
During the Summer Season there are a multitude of regional flights from the UK to Bodrum Airport. During the Winter Season there are 3 Direct Charter flights from London Gatwick, Manchester & Birmingham. Scheduled Airlines operate year round flights to Bodrum via Istanbul.
Bodrum can also be accessed by Ferry from Rhodes and Kos Town in Greece offering a perfect opportunity to experience both destinations in one holiday.

Payment way is simple. You can send a cheque or transfer the money for 1 week deposit in my account in Turkey for the bookings up to 2 weeks.We will send you a receipt by email when we receive the payment. We will meet you in the airport and we will do the transfer to the property. We charge £30 for one way transfer. If you want us to make the transfer to the back airport we will charge you another £30. If you want to rent a car we will also arrange it for you and make sure that your rent a car also will be waiting for you in the airport. During your check in we will ask for the balance of the payment. We will also take £120 damage deposit for the bookings up to 2 weeks and this amount is fully refundable as long as there is no any damage in the apartment or in the furniture. We will give your damage deposit back during your check-out.
DISCOUNTS:
We have 10% discounts for the bookings more than 2 weeks.
We also have 5% discount per apartment if you book 2 apartments at the same time.
