Overlooking the large swimming pool and Güllük Bay with its' spectacular sunsets, the fully air conditioned apartment comprises one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a large lounge and three balconies offering views to the bay. There is plenty of room for up to six people to enjoy.
The apartment is approximately 1 km from the centre of Güllük, an authentic Turkish fishing village, yet only 10 minutes drive from Bodrum airport with direct links to many UK airports. The cosmopolitan town of Bodrum with its chic shopping and lively night-life is approximately 30 minutes drive. Local facilities are within easy walking distance.
For the more active there is a compact gym on site, and the newly opened Vita Park Golf Resort is approximately 15 minutes drive away.
As you watch the sun setting across the turquoise waters of Güllük Bay from your balcony you'll soon be unwinding from the stresses of everyday life and will realise what a relaxing and magical place this is.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The stretch of coast from Marmaris to Antalya, known as the Turquoise Coast, takes its name from the turquoise, warm, crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. This area boasts almost 300 days of sunshine a year with temperatures from the mid 30's in summer to a mild 15 degrees in the winter, making this a delightful location for a winter break.
It is no surprise then that water sports feature prominently in activities in this area, including sailing, diving, water skiing and wind-surfing.
Renowned for traditional fishing villages whitewashed homes and sandy beaches this is a delightful area to lose a few days exploring.
Bodrum / Gulluk area
Bodrum is approximately 30 minutes drive from the apartment, much of the way running along the picturesque coastline. As you enter the town the impressive St. Peters Castle dominates the waterside area and modern marina. Boats to the nearby islands of Kos and Rhodes run from Bodrum port. Designer shops will meet the need for retail therapy, bars and restaurants to refresh the inner man while traditional bazaars and antiquities provide a link to the history of this fascinating area.
Güllük is a small town surrounded by pine topped hills with olive, fig and citrus trees and is built around its harbour, where the fishing fleet still lands its catch daily. It offers a good range of waterside restaurants and bars, beach clubs, modern supermarkets and banking facilities, whilst retaining its small town charms. The local people are warm, friendly and welcoming and English is widely spoken.
