Villa Etheleah is a split level residence. It has four levels comprising a large basement area and bathroom, the second level comprising two double bedrooms, the next level is the main living area comprising large lounge/ dining room with large sliding doors on to pool terrace and outdoor dining area, corridor with bathroom and utility room, and large fully equipped kitchen with central breakfast bar.
There are sliding doors on to pool terrace/sunbathing area from kitchen.
This is a beautiful holiday villa, undoubtedly the best area to stay in Bodrum, close to all the local amenities and yet tucked away on a quiet hillside where you can relax in peace and tranquillity.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turquoise Aegean coast is a paradise of sun, sea, mountains and lakes. The Bodrum peninsula offers the tourist breathtaking uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains, and the most unusual rock formations which are unique to this part of the country. From March to November this paradise offers the perfect climate for relaxing on the many beaches, try riding a camel on Camel beach, or visiting the amazing turtle beach.

Bodrum / Central Bodrum area
Bodrum is a cosmopolitan and westernised resort hosting a feast of restaurants with traditional and European cuisine. Stroll along the marina at night under the palm trees and admire the beautiful boats while you pick your restaurant knowing that the food is of the highest standard and very reasonably priced. Enjoy a night in the yacht club where you will be wined and dined with live music every night. Stroll along Bar Street with its many shops, bars and restaurants, and don’t forget to try the traditional Turkish Delight.
Bodrum is the ancient city of Halicarnassus with ruins and historic monuments on every corner including the crusader castle and the Roman amphitheatre. For the younger tourist a visit to the famous outdoor discotheque Halikarnas is a must, where there will be fireworks and music to dance the night away.
There is a large market in Bodrum every Tuesday and Friday, where you can pick up many bargains, but don’t forget to negotiate a price. Whatever they ask, offer half and take it from there. The market place is in the central bus station. There are a variety of excellent supermarkets in Bodrum, and taxi fares are very reasonable.
How to get there
Fly to Bodrum Milas Airport. Flights from most UK Airports into Bodrum.
In Ireland flights all year around are now available through Turkish Airlines into Bodrum, and from Belfast Airport. From May to October your local travel agent will arrange flights for you.
Villa is 35 kms. From Bodrum Airport, which takes 30 minutes to drive. We can arrange airport transfers for you at an additional cost. Car hire can also be arranged, or you can travel by taxi.
The local bus (Dolmus) runs from the central bus station, which is 10 minutes walk away. This will get you very affordable to any location on the Bodrum peninsula. The Dolmus runs regularly and is a 24 hour service.

Further details indoors: On the top level, completely private is the master bedroom with en suite and private balcony from where you can sit and enjoy the evening sun with the distant view of Bodrum harbour. This villa has air conditioning in the kitchen, lounge/dining area and all three bedrooms.
The basement area/ games room is cool at all times, and is pleasant to relax and unwind in the afternoon sun and perhaps a game of pool or table tennis, or just relax and read a book while you sip a Martini and prepare for the night ahead in the hustle and bustle of bar street and the main holiday resort, which is ten minutes walk away.
This villa is newly finished since October 2006. The villa is large and airy with tiled floors throughout. It is very well furnished and fitted throughout.
There are ample seating and dining areas in villa. The basement area is extra large with snooker/pool table and also table tennis. There are many games provided . There is a large seating area in basement which converts to single and double sofa beds. There is also a bathroom /shower room in this area.
The villa is fitted with blackout blinds to keep villa cool in the hot summer months. Your host will show you how to use these blinds.
Please don’t walk through the blinds onto the pool terrace, as this may cause damage.
Further details outdoors: The villa is set on 1,000 sq. metres of well maintained mature gardens. It is private with boundary walls and fences. There is an electric gate and parking area for 3 cars.
The pool terrace has ample sunbathing area and loungers, with outdoor barbecue and dining area. There are plenty of parasols for shade in the summer. The pool and gardens are maintained daily and are kept to a very high standard.
There are pool and garden lights so that you can entertain or swim in the evening.
Conditions
A booking deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking.
Refundable breakage deposit of 400 Euro is due with the balance.
