This 2 Bedroom detached Villa is situation on a quiet complex in the resort of Kadıkesi just 3 km from the resort of Turgutreis. There is a communal pool shared between 6 villas. The villa has an open plan living room and kitchen and the living room is sourrounded by large windows on 3 sides giving plenty of light. There are two patio door off the living room leading onto the balconies and garden. Upstairs there are two bedroom. The main bedroom is unique with an open shower room. The second bedroom has room for two people. The main bathroom is nicely decorated with a showr. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, freezer and oven and hob.
The villa just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach just 80 metres away and the town of Turgetreis can be reached by a stroll along the beach front. Just a 5 minute walk to the main road you can get the local bus into the resort of Turgutreis which has many supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

Every Saturday there is the second largest market with holiday makers taking a trip to avail of the many bargains on offer. The new marina offers daily trips to the Greek Island of Kos just 30 minutes away. An ideal holiday destination to suit all tastes.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the balcony. To prepare food you will find an oven, hob, a microwave, a fridgefreezer, a kettle, a toaster. Cutlery, crockery, glassware are also provided.
Further details outdoors: The villa is on a complex which has a shared swimming pool with 6 villas and a small shared garden. Just a short walk away 80 metre is a sandy beach and a pleasant stroll along the beach approx 2km away you will find the town of Turgutreis. Turgutreis has many restaurants to suit all taste, bars, large supermarket and every Saturday hold one of the biggest outdoor markets where you can find everything from fresh fruit and veg to fake designers labels. Bargaining is a must. From the main road you can catch a local bus to Turgutreis and Bodrum.
