A luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly built apartment over looking the sea and beach area. There are three balconies, each of which have sea and beach views. Air conditioned. Ideal for couples and families seeking a relaxing holiday in an authentic Turkish fishing town.
The complex has a large pool and small children's pool, sun loungers and gym. The apartment provides luxury accommodation catering for most holiday needs.
The apartment looks over a beach area, with an additional beach just around the corner approx 200m which is equipped with loungers. Gulluk also has a larger beach. There is a local shop approx 1/2 km away, but the centre of Gulluk is approk 1km from the apartment. Bodrum town is approximately 30 minutes away.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turquoise Coast is an unofficial region of Turkey stretching nearly 994 miles along the of Mediterranean shore from Marmaris to Antalya.
It is one of the most popular areas with overseas tourists. The Taurus, or Toros, Mountains, which are snow-capped until summer, form a dramatic backdrop along much of the Turquoise Coast, often dropping steeply into the sea. In some places along the coast, beaches are also backed by alluvial plains, suitable for growing cotton, vegetables and tropical fruit.
The area is characterised by forests, picturesque valleys and waterfalls and its countryside full of charming villages and crumbling ruins. The coast's seaside resorts are recognised as being more authentically Turkish than those on the west coast of the country.
Among the area's attractions include its turquoise seas, after which the coast is named, long stretches of golden sand and its great climate benefitting from nearly 300 days of sunshine a year. There are also many opportunities for the outdoor activity lover along the coast.
With crystal-clear waters, warmer than those on the Aegean Coast, picturesque historical towns, a plethora of outdoor leisure activities, and stunning rural and coastal scenery, the Turquoise Coast is one of the Turkish areas most popular with European tourists.
Bodrum / Gulluk area
Gulluk is able to provide most amenities from supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, internet cafes, health centre, pharmacies, a weekly market, a Garanti bank, cash ATM's and a police station. Everything is within close proximity and around the harbour area.
For a more vibrant town, Bodrum is a 30 minute drive away. Bodrum has many sites the most prominent being the Castle of St Peter.
Situated in the hilside overloking Bodrum is an amphi-theatre, which consists of three different sections: a place for the audience, a place for an orchestra and the stage.
The Myndos gate - located on the west side of Bodrum, this is one of the two entrances of ancient Halicarnassus. It was part of the towns wall. The gate is named after the place Myndos because it faces the ancient Myndos place (now Gümüslük).

Many car hire companies are available at the airport the best one i have found and very reliable is holiday autos. The apartment is just a 10-15 minute drive from the airport by car or taxi.

There is a modern supermarket for provisions and a weekly market each Thursday. Inexpensive dolmus (mini bus) services to surrounding areas run from the bus station.
