About the home

Arte residence is in an excellent location for all holiday makers, the Mexican style complex with cobbled pathways is only a 10 minute walk away from busy Bodrum centre, the lovely Gumbet and Bitez beaches and also Bodrums beautiful Marina and St Peters castle. The apartments have one bedroom with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge, along with two single sofas. It has a fully fitted kitchen and washing machine. The apartment has a balcony with table and chairs. The complex has a swimming pool with children's pool. Also wireless internet is available on the complex.

The waters around Bodrum are ideal for diving and snorkeling.
Horse riding, river rafting and Jeep safaris are all available nearby Bodrum.
Water activities are available at Gumbet beach which include Water skiing,pedalo, banana, flying fish and paragliding. There are also bars and cafes by the beach. Sunbeds are also available.

Conditions

A deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from the remaining balance, which has to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. If the booking is cancelled this deposit will not be refunded.

An additional £100.00 is required as a refundable deposit held against loss or damage, this will be refunded on your return.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Markets are held everyday in the different towns around Bodrum. Remember to haggle as its expected, the best buys are jewellery, leather, crystal and clothes. Whilst shopping you may find that the locals will offer you some Turkish Tea (Cay)-try it, its lovely.
Bodrum has the biggest open air disco in Europe called Halikarnos. For the party animals, a disco catamaran leaves Bodrum's marina nightly and arrives back at 5.00am!!!
Sights to see in Bodrum are Amphi-theatre, which is situated in the hillside overlooking Bodrum, Myndos Gate which is located on the west side of Bodrum and is 1 of 2 entrances of ancient Halicarnassus and the most prominent feature of Bodrum is St Peters castle. The Bodrum Peninsula is surrounded by 32 islands and islets and forms a 174 km long coastline.
Something that you should experience whilst in Turkey is the Turkish Bath (Haman).

The Bodrum / Central Bodrum area

Arte Residence is a 10 minute walk away from Bodrum Centre, and Marina or a 5 min bus ride (dolmus). The nearest Supermarket is 5 minutes away. From the Marina you will be able to take boat trips to other parts of Turkey, day trips to Kos and fishing trips. Bodrum's (St Peters) castle is situated by the Marina.
The complex is a 10 minute bus ride away from Bodrums Waterpark, 5 minutes to Oasis shopping centre, here you will be able to wine and dine in open air restaurants, shop until you drop or watch a latest movie in English.
Buses (dolmus) and taxis are plentiful and cheap. Outside the complex there is a Taxi Rank call button and taxis will be at the complex in seconds.

Fly to Bodrum airport, the apartment is a 30 mins drive away. I can arrange transfers from Bodrum airport which cost approximately £30.00-£35.00 one way, (£60-£70) return.
Another option would be to fly to Kos and then catch the ferry to Bodrum, ferry trip would cost approx £15.00 and is a 20 minute trip by hydrofoil or 1 hour by ferry.
Car rental is not required, should you wish to hire a car, jeep, scooter or motorbike, rental firms can be found throughout the town and at the airport.

Apartments are available from 2pm on day of arrival and on departure day the apartment must be vacated by 10am, however this maybe flexible depending on bookings
