This 3 Bedroom Villa is situation on a quiet complex in the resort of Gumusluk with its own private mature garden. There are three communal pools and a snack bar. The villa is very tastefully furnished with a double bedroom en suite with large balcony, twin room and the third bedroom has bunk beds, an open plan living room and kitchen. The main balcony off the living room has access to the private garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, freezer and oven and hob.
The villa is a corner unit a short walk to the main road where you can get the local minus bus to the local town of Gumusluk, Bodrum or the resort of Yalikavak. Just a short drive away you will find the famous fish restaurants of Gumusluk where they serve the daily fresh catch of the day.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Bodrum, Peninsula is located in the Aegean region of Turkey and in ancient times was known as Halicarnassus. It was the birthplace of Heredotus and the site of King Mausolus's Tomb one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. In the harbour, the Bodrum Castle, or the medieval castle of Stupider, is a fine example of 15th century Crusader architecture, and has been converted into the Museum of Underwater Archaeology, with remains dating as far back as the Bronze Age.

Bodrum / Gumusluk Village area
Stands on the site of the sunken ancient city of Myndos it was one of the oldest inhabited settlements on the peninsula. The village is an official historical site and the area around is protected by rigorously enforced environmental laws. Cars are not allowed into the old village but you can take a stroll down to the many fish restaurants along the sea front display their daily catch.
On the sea front there is a shallow walkway formed from stones of the sunken city to a small island called Rabbit Island where rabbits are frequently seen. Gümüslük wakes up late in the morning and stays out late in the evening but this does not take away from peaceful surroundings as any loud noise is prohibited. The sunset is a must to watch as the sun rises behind the hills and set across the bay behind the Greek islands.

Eating: There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the balcony. To prepare food you will find an oven, hob, a microwave, a fridgefreezer, a kettle, a toaster. Cutlery, crockery, glassware are also provided.

Further details outdoors: The villa is on a complex which has 3 communal swimming pool and a snack bar.
