The villa benefits from its own private pool , terraces from the living room and master bedroom provide opportunities for alfresco dining and relaxing watching the sunset and life go by, whilst the large roof terrace is a sun worshippers dream . A traditionally built villa with large airy rooms are cool in the heat of summer .

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
From April to November the climate is excellent high temperatures and lots of sun .. the sea is warm and clean and the beaches sandy and safe .The sea views are spectacular as the sun sets silhouetting the many small islands. Ancient history of the Ottaman empire can be glimpsed with a trip to ephasus whilst the stunning Pemunkale has to be one of the natural wonders of the world.
Bodrum / Turgutreis area
Turgetreis is a small, friendly resort with lots of local bars and restaurants . It boasts a state of the art new marina but still manages to retain its local working harbour where the early bird can watch the days catch being landed. A short dolmus ride ( local bus ) into Bodrum and you can explore the picturesque marina and castle which is now a museum or explore the indoor bazar .
Water sports, boat trips, water park are all available locally ... best of all take a turkish bath at Rayola Hamman, a truly Turkish experience or take in the Dreamgirls show in nearby Gumbet ( very funny and an excellent night out )
For those dance addicts try Heliconasis night club in Bodrum .
For you shopperholics the weekly market ,and myriad of local shops provide all you need ..take an extra empty suitcase ....you'll need it
A holiday in Turgetries can be relaxing and chilled or full of action and entertainment its up to you and what you wont to do ...its all there
How to get there
Fly into bodrum (bjv) airport , major airlines fly into this airport so there is a good choice of flights available .good ones to try are thomas cook , thompsons, turkish airlines available through agean flights and hoildays 4 u , sky scanner and cheapest flights are good sites to begin with to find good comparison on available flights .
The transfer time to the villa is aprox 30/40 mins ..Private transfers are available taking you straight from the airport to the villa door and i highly recommend this service ,although car hire is available a car is not necessary once in resort .
Full directions will be provided if required at time of booking for those who wish to hire a car .
Most tour operators also provide bus transfers to resort .

Further details indoors: Traditionally built and furnished the villa offers a large well equipped kitchen , cool airy lounge witch is where you will find the sofa bed located , large patio doors lead to the enclosed terrace looking out on the garden . Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms , a twin bedroom and the bathroom with bath and over bath shower . The master bedroom has patio doors leading to a large terrace overlooking the garden . Because the villa is traditionally built all rooms are cool in summer .
Further details outdoors: The villa has sun loungers , air beds , a patio set and bbq for you use round the pool area or roof terrace . the 2 terrace/balcony are furnished so you can sit and relax or dine alfresco. The garden and pool area are fenced and secure with out door lighting for your convenience .

Conditions
A refundable breakage deposit is required of £300 , which will be refunded with in two weeks of your departure ( subject to a satisfactory property inspection ) 25% of rental fee due six weeks prior to departure to secure booking (full payment on late bookings ) for safety reasons parents should be aware that due to marble / tiled flooring these surfaces become slippy when wet and we ask that care be taken as no responsibility will be accepted for any accidents by the owner .

The communication with you was excellent! The villa was great value for money The transfer, from and to the airport, was perfect we were met from the airport and greeted and driven to the villa with a warm and friendly bunch! The villa was very clean and spacious and in a perfect location. We had a fantastic holiday in a beautiful and secure environment and would go back there tomorrow! The pool was heavenly and we spent alot of time on the sun beds and floating about getting lots of lovely sunshine. The beach and bars provided everything that we could possibly want. Extremely friendly and hospitable with children, not too crowded and very pleasurable. The market on Saturdays was something we will never forget! It was amazing! Full of life and we we able to buy everything from fruit and veg to presents to take home to our family. In a nutshell we have to say that we had a brilliant holiday in a beautiful villa, in a very friendly resort and would totally recommend it to anyone thinking about going to Turkey! .

"fantastic traditional villa , extremely well equipped, homely and comfortable large airy cool rooms despite no air conditioning, had a fantastic relaxing week ,loved just being able to do my own thing spent week floating round the pool with drink and book . a pleasant 5 minutes walk to town and the owners restaurant recommendations are spot on along with the menny tips left on things to do and see. although we had a girls week i will definitely be returning with the family as the kids would love the pool . i highly recommend for families large and small looking for a small friendly resort."
