Home description
This spacious recently built apartment has stunning views and is in a wonderful location being only a 5 minute walk along the waterfront to the authentic fishing village of Gulluk. Here there are a number of bars and restaurants to suit most tastes and pockets. There is a supermarket is in the centre of the village along with a market on Thursdays. Gulluk has its own nightclub. There are beaches all along the waterfront walk . The apartment is equally suitable for couples looking for a relaxing holiday who appreciate space as well as families who want to enjoy the many amenities Gulluk has to offer.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms all with their own balconies. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom. The lounge/diner has a bed settee and opens onto the large main balcony which has a patio table and chairs for those afresco meals. There is a second bath/shower room and a separate kitchen. 123 sq M in all.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Gulluk is a beautiful location overlooking the Aegean with it's clear turquoise sea. It is one of the most beautiful cruising areas of the Mediterranean with sailing being a very popular pastime. It is also famous for it's archaeological sites around the area. Gulluk has only developed in the last few years because the shipping port has now moved around the bay allowing the village to flourish.
The climate from May to October is hot and sunny with very little rain. The winter months are mild and Gulluk is ideal for a short winter break.
Bodrum / Gulluk area
The fishing village of Gulluk remains unspoilt with most of the development up in the hills. The Seaview complex is the nearest to the village and Seaview 2 is only a 5 minute walk away. There are many nice restaurants locally and a traditional market on Thursdays. There is also a nightclub. The local people are friendly and welcoming. Boat trips are available from the harbour and a marina and golf course are due for completion 2008/9.
Bodrum is a 30 minute drive away or you could take a Dolmus bus from the village. It is a busy town that is perfect for a day trip for shopping or a leisurely stoll along the waterfront. It also has a busy nightlife.
Milas is a 15 minute drive away or take the Dolmus and is a more traditional Turkish town with lots of busy streets and markets.
How to get there
Fly direct to Bodrum airport from all major UK Airports. Gulluk is an easy 15 minute drive from the airport. Hire cars are available from holidayautos.com 24 hours a day, when booked in advance. Photos and directions to apartment can be supplied. Airport transfers available at reasonable cost.

Further details indoors: This is a brand new apartment furnished to a high standard. It has 3 bedrooms with stunning views from each of them. They all have good sized wardrobes fitted. The lounge and master bedroom open onto the main balcony which faces west and from which you can view the amazing sunsets.
Further details outdoors: There is a good sized shared pool with sunloungers and a shared children's pool with superb views from this area. There is also a gym under the pool. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There are a set of steps on the outside of the apartment block and a set of steps up to the first floor to the apartment. Therefore it isn't suitable for wheelchairs.
