Set on a small, private site with just 16 other apartments, each well spaced and not overlooked.The apartment is in a peaceful location but just 500 yards for the nearest taxi and dolmus stop. It has access to a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views; a the perfect spot to while away the long summer evenings and enjoy the barbecue provided. The first pool is just 3 metres away but due to setting has a good degree of privacy. New Bodrum Golf Club just opened 5 mins walk from Sunset and Bodrum's largest water park 5 minutes drive away.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Turkey has a wealth of history and sightseeing to be done and the magnificent site of Ephesus can be visited on one of the many daily trips from Bodrum, other highlights include Dalyan, Pamukkale, Didem, Priene and Miletus, all can be reached for days trips.
Close by 5 min drive to Ortakent beach, Bodrum's longest and best beach. Bitez beach and resort 10 mins drive. 10 min drive to Bodrum town. 3 min drive to Bodrum's largest water park. 2 min drive to Ortakent village or 5 minutes walk. Bodrum Golf Club 5 mins walk. Kipa (Tesco) large supermarket 3 mins drive or 10 mins walk.
Weekly fruit and vegetable market 5 mins walk. Dolmus and taxis offer cheap and frequent services to all areas. A real must for even the shortest visits is a day cruise on baord one of the many, hand crafted gulets. Bodrum is famous for its daily boat trips- a really fantastic day out for all. Other good dyas out are daily ferry to the Greek Island of Kos, scuba diving for beginners and experienced divers- Bodrum and its coast has many good dive spots.
Bodrum / Ortakent area
Sunset is approx 5 minutes drive from Bodrum's longest beach of Ortakent and a wide range of water sports and activities and 10 mins from the lively resort of Bitez. Sunset is ideally located for exploring all resorts on the penninsual.
Ortakent village offers 2 excellent family run bakers, a butchers, tailors, barbers, chemist and a handful of local grocers, lokantas and a colourful weekly street market. 2 large supermarkets are just 5 mins drive away for larger weekly shops.
Shoppers will love Bodrum and its many shops, full of bargains and Turgutreis Saturday market is a shoppers paradise with the largest market in the area.
Turkey has one of the best cuisines in the world and you will spolit for choice for choice with eatries ranging from simple lokantas to more upmarket restaurants.

How to get there
Just 40 minutes from Bodrum International airport. Various charter planes including: First Choice Thomson, Thomas Cook, Onur Air, Turkish Airlines and Pegasus flying direct.
Private air conditioned transfers can be booked direct with ower.
Taxis are readily available.
Car hire is reasonably priced and vehicles well maintained and of a good standard.

A detialed information folder is provided and pre departure inforamtion. Even if you have been to Turkey before there is just so much to see and do in the area, this will help you unravel the many choices available.
Conditions
£100 deposit required to secure apartment and full payment 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of 100 pounds is payable with final balance (8 weeks before arrival). This will be refunded within one week maximum of check out date.

Afte a 10 hour drive from Ankara, we were delighted to unwind and relax in such a special place, far from the maddening crowds but near to all the sights of the penninsula and Bodrum. We look forward to our summer holiday at sunset in 2009. Selcan July 2008
We had a great time in this apatment.The owner thought about every single detail that you would need during your stay.They arranged a cot and a highchair for our daughter free of charge.The location was perfect for us, away from busy Bodrum.Ortakent village is beautiful, not commertialised at all. The local market was amazing. Camel beach is only 10 mins drive. The pool areas is quiet and clean. Neighbours are nice and friendly. We recommend this apartment to famillies especially.
