This is new villa constructed in 2007 has 3 double bedrooms. It is fully furnished, with air conditioning in each room and the floor is tiled through out. It consists of a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle), three double bedrooms all en suite, (Baby cot) and futher downstairs shower room and toilet.

Bodrum / Torba area
This villa is nestled on a beautifulbay on the northern shores of the Bodrum peninsula, aprox 7km from Bodrum town centre.The beach has plenty of facilities both during the day and in the evening. The harbour is at the top end of Torba and cacooned along the coast you will find tiny beaches kissed by bright blue waters,restaurants, untouched villages and pituresque walks to enjoy.
There's a newly constructed leisure area aprox 100metres from the villa offering facilities, free of charge for both children and adults to exercise outdoors.
There are several all inclusive hotels on the beach which allow day passes for all day use of the facilities, restaurants and drinks, prices vary at the hotels eg aprox £12 per person at Izer Beach Hotel for all day use of pools etc including lunch , snacks , tea , coffee and drinks from the bar.
Several local restaurants deliver take away meals or will collect you by car and bring you home free of charge.
The local small bus is an excellent way of getting around the peninsula and picks up outside the villa, runs aprox every 10 mins until the early hours and costs aprox 70p into Bodrum Bus station where you have a choice of destinations.

Further details indoors: Inside the property there are three bedrooms upstairs all fully airconditioned and en suite.There are two bedrooms with king size beds and one with twin beds. Further sleeping facilities are available on the ground level where ther is a fully sprung bed setee. There is also a large ground level wet room and toilet. All bedding and towels are provided. A baby cot and bedding is also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine,toaster, kettle,large fridge freezer, split level oven & hob and table and chairs.
The lounge is a spacious furnished area including a bed settee and leads onto the veranda by large patio doors. All downstairs is fully air conditioned.
There is also a pushchair and child seat available for use.
Further details outdoors: This property has a private garden, covered terrace and own swimming pool with shallow children's area. The property and garden is situated on a flat site and is easily accessible by wheelchairs and pushchairs.
Outdoors there is a large veranda with tables and chairs for eating outdoorsor in the shade, sunbeds around the pool and a kid's pool.
