Distance to the centre of Bitez, restaurants, shops and bars is a 5 minutes’ walk. All apartments are newly furniture with A/C in the master bedroom and living room. BOOKING TERMS&CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
On confirmation of your booking a deposit of 30 % of the total rental cost is paid in 5 days after booking. These can be paid by PayPal-Credit Cards or EFT to our Bank account . No extra confirmation of receipt of the deposit is normally given. Final payment is due to 45 days prior to the start of your rental. In case of late bookings, made less than 45 days prior to the rental, full payment is due immediately. Always quote our booking reference and date of travel with any correspondence or payment.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
On arrival the tenant will pay a damage deposit of 250-1000 euro depending on the house type as advised. Failure in paying the deposit can result in the key holder refusing access to the house. The deposit must be paid to Holiday-Villarentals 15 days before arrival. Deposit will be paid back on the after 7-14 days of departure date of the tenant's holiday.
CHANGE OF LETTING PERIOD
For any kind of alteration to a confirmed booking an administration charge of 50 € will be levied. Changes of the letting period of the accommodation booked must be confirmed by us in writing. If the accommodation is to be changed after booking confirmation/invoice has been issued this will be considered as a cancellation and a new rental contract will be required.
CANCELLATION
Before travelling you may cancel the rental contract at any time. A written declaration must be submitted. A cancellation becomes effective on the day when the declaration is received and the following charges will be incurred.
- Up to 60 days prior to the start of rental - 30% of total rental cost
- Between 60 and 46 days prior to the start of rental - 50% of total rental cost
- After 45 days prior to start of arrival - 100% of total rental cost
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance which should cover these costs under some circumstances.
