Villa Pasha (The Prince's Villa) is located just 4 minutes walk from the beautiful Turquoise waters of the Aegean Coast, on the outskirts of Gundogan - often referred to as Bodrum's most beautiful bay. The Villa is quiet and peaceful, yet only 5 minutes drive to the main town of Gundogan and within 25 mins of Bodrum's vibrant shopping and nightlife areas. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local bazaar - ideal for fresh fish, fruit/ veg, and a haven for bargain hunters looking to pick up authentic Turkish wares. Waterside dining can be enjoyed at a number of local restaurants offering both turkish and international cuisine.
The views from Villa Pasha's bedrooms, terraces, and garden areas, uninterrupted and simply sensational, are a result of the villa's perfect location. Perched high above sea level and facing east towards Rabbit Island, beautiful sunrises are a given from almost every aspect of the property. A large terraced garden offers a sunlounge deck, a built in authentic turkish mangal (BBQ) and a large eating area for 10 people. These areas along with a solarium off the 2nd floor enjoy the suns rays till early evening. The main terrace is ideal for breakfast and evening meals and overlooks the communal pool - just a few leisurely paces away. For those of you who would prefer to swim in open waters the turquoise waters of the Aegean are within 4 mins walk, with decked areas and sunloungers by the waters edge. The water here is deep, young children are better suited at Gundogans sandy beach - within 5 mins by car or local bus.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Bodrum is a charming and fascinating port on the Aegean coast of Turkey. In recent times Bodrum has become not only a tourist centre but also a visiting place for famous Turkish and foreign artists and also an art centre, which is a source of inspiration.
The heart of the town is around the harbor, where shops, bars and restaurants jostle together in the narrow streets under the shadow of the St. Peter Castle . The main artery is Cumhurriyet Caddesi (Republic Street), much better known as bar street. This street is a pedestrianized showcase of what the town has to offer. Skilled artisans can make you a pair of snugly fitting leather sandals in the traditional Aegean style, while small boutiques offer stylish creations inspired by local designs and fabrics. The souvenir shops sell attractive onyx, copper and brass ware, along with toy camels, and Gold harem slippers.
Cafes and restaurants offer a cosmopolitan choice. To accompany your meal, try the light aniseed flavored national drink Raki or locally produced wine. After sundown, Bodrum's clubs and bars come to life and music and dance continues into the early hours.
Bodrum / Gundogan area
Gündogan Is a delightful bay that can be really called tranquil and peaceful. Traditionally a fishing village Gundogan retains much of its natural charm and beauty. Villa Pasha is located to the North of the peninsula where a fresh breeze often comes, cooling hot afternoons and providing ideal conditions for surfers.
Water sports are well catered for on Gundogan beach - one of the longest on the Bodrum Peninsular, while the local setting is ideal for trekking, biking, fishing an most outdoor activities.
How to get there
Gundogan is 35 - 45 mins drive from Bodrum Milas Airport. Taxis are relatively inexpensive and we offer a transfer service to and from the airport.

Further details indoors: Villa Pasha is arranged over 3 floors and has just recently been stylishly furnished and equipped to the highest standards (2008). Provisions have been made to ensure all your requirements are met and that you can enjoy a "home away from home" while holidaying in the sun. The villa is air-conditioned and comprises of 2 spacious double rooms, a twin room with 2 single bunk beds, main bathroom, 2 WC's, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. The sofa can be arranged to sleep an adult comfortably, bringing the maximum capacity to 7.
The style of the decor throughout is modern and minimal with a touch of Turkey thrown in for good measure. The living room and kitchen are open planned and airy with windows opening onto the main terrace and garden. Equipped with a flat screen 32" LCD TV, DVD/ CD player, large corner sofa and open fire - the living room is both comfortable and stylish.
To make the most of the sunrise and sea views the dining table can be moved onto the large main terrace for alfresco meals. Breakfast while watching the sunrise on the terrace is spectacular. The table extends to seat 8.
The kitchen contains all the cutlery, plates, bowls, pots/ pans and glasses you will need as well as wine glasses and openers etc. Basics such as sugar, tea and coffee are there so you can enjoy a cuppa after your journey. A large fridge/ freezer, gas hob,electric oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster are also provided. If you plan to cook the best place to get fresh local produce is the bazaar in Gundogan on Wednesdays. Be sure to bargain!
Villa Pasha's bedrooms are light filled, spacious and well appointed with the 2 double rooms enjoying stunning sunrise and sea views. All linen and towels are provided and each room has a wardrobe or large chest of draws.
A washing machine is provided in the laundry to the rear of the property.
Further details outdoors: There are 3 main outdoor areas - The main terrace, the sun terrace or solarium, and the terraced garden.
The main terrace (25m sq) overlooks the communal pool and the terraced garden. It is quite large and ideal for eating and entertaining. It is sheltered and offers refuge from the intense midday summer sun.
The terraced garden (45m sq) is spread over 2 floors and comprises a sundeck, cushioned seating areas, built in traditional stone BBQ and a large picnic style eating area which comfortably seats 10.
The solarium is ideally located high and to the rear of the property and captures the sun for most of the day. Again as it is east facing the views are uninterrupted.

Our property manager Kath is an english ex-pat who lives in Gundogan all year round and has a wealth of local knowledge. Kath will meet you on arrival to show you around and be on hand should you require any assistance.
Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged.
Please note the pool is only available during Peak season.
Conditions
Villa Pasha is strictly a non-smoking Villa. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas and terraces.
Payment terms: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remainder is payable 8 weeks prior to the beginning of your stay. Also payable at this time is a refundable breakage deposit of £200, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Short-term lets are available for Low Season bookings. Please contact us for further information if required.
