With absolutely all modern conveniences this beautiful home can sleep 7 in complete luxury. There is also a comfortable cot suitable for a small child up to the age of about 4 years. A high chair is also provided.

Set in a walled garden on a peaceful hillside close to the sea Yunus Villa offers uninterrupted views of the bay below where dolphins and seals can be seen playing in the crystal clear waters. The villa faces due west and takes advantage of not only the famous Yalikavak sunsets but also the cool Summer breeze which blows in just when it is most needed. Star gazers will be in their element as the air is totally unpolluted and so the usually cloudless night sky can be viewed to full effect.

In the day you may care to relax in the sun or shade on one of the villa's terraces, balconies or gardens or swim in the infinity pool overlooking the sea.
By the site's private beach there is a further infinity pool which is huge and children's pool too and play area plus 2 jetties from which to swim or fish in the sea. Sunbed and parasols are provided at no extra cost. The site has a private beach club house which provides drinks, ice creams and snacks etc.

Yunus Villa's house has 3 bedrooms the double and three bedded have en suite shower rooms and the master a bathroom with jacuzzi. All the bedrooms are spacious and airy and have balconies with magnificent sea views.

The beauty of this villa and location is that there is something for every taste. You may like a quiet peaceful holiday or sample the exotic nightlife of Bodrum town. It is a great holiday base ideal for families and discerning couples and friends.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Bodrum peninsular is almost an island connected to the mainland with just one dual carriageway which runs to the airport situated on the mainland.

Here the Aegean sea meets the Mediterranean .The coastline is frilly with many hidden beaches and coves some only accessible by boat and to go out on a gullet for the day and swim in the warm crystal clear waters is sheer bliss.

The peninsular boasts three marinas and is a yachting paradise.Every conceivable water sport is available.
There is nightlife for every taste young and old alike.

Bodrum has it's own micro-climate and has only a short Winter season from mid November to the beginning of March.

Bodrum is the ancient town of Halikarnassos which has a medieval castle and the only museum of underwater artifacts in the world.For the culture vulture there is plenty to feed your appetite on the peninsular itself and there are also coach excursions to the ancient city of Epheseus and to Pamalukale (means cotton castle) and further afield Cappadocia which needs to be seen to be believed.Recommend checking the Internet to see for yourself.

The Greece Island of Kos is situated just off Bodrum and is only a short sail away by ferry or seacat.

There are concerts,rock and classical plus opera and ballets in the outdoor amphitheatres.You can watch the cinema under the stars too.There are hundreds of bars and restaurants to meet every taste and not too expensive either.

The local markets are fun offering a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegatables,wonderful locally made cheeses and exotic spices.The vendors sell everything from beautiful towels and bed linen to designer jeans and handbags.
Bodrum town really is a serious shopper's paradise,particularly for bargain designer wear. You can literally shop 'til you drop on the beach and enjoy a reviving swim in crystal clear waters.

For those with the taste for exotic nightlife Bodrum town is the place.

You can dine in at the Maserati Yacht Club and then be entertained by live music of the highest calibre. Followed by a visit to a lively seafront bar or the Halikarnassos Disco,reputedly the largest and most exciting out door disco in the world ,with it's troupe of dancing girls and foam parties.

How to get there

From Bodrum airport follow Bodrum signs and then Torba signs. Drive past Torba towards Yalikavak. Once in Yalikavak region look for Tansas supermarket on the right and turn right immediately by it. Follow the road do not turn off it. It will lead you down to the coast and then over a big hill just carry straight on. Go past the Spor Kent development and through the Bas Kent development over the speed bumps. The road forks with a shop in the middle, take the higher road and you will see Seba Evleri security who should escort you to the top gate of Yunus Villa. It is on the third turning on the right after the security barrier and is at the very end and set into the hillside you will see the iron railing and gate. Yunus Villa comprises of 2 storey house and ground floor apartment set in a private walled garden with infinity pool overlooking the sea.
The house only is available to rent as featured
All 3 bedrooms are very large with private bathrooms and balconies overlooking the sea. There are 2 double bedrooms and a triple bedded room sleeping seven persons. There is also a cot suitable for a small child up to the age of about 4 years and a high chair.
Large American style kitchen overlooking a garden leads to vast open plan salon with dining area and lounge with panoramic sea views.

The villa is well equipped and extremely luxurious.

Yunus Villa has lots of terraces, balconies and garden areas for sun or shade plus infinity pool overlooking the sea. Sunbeds and parasols are provided. Two jetties for sunbathing and fishing also a huge communal infinity pool by the beach where there is a children's pool and play area and club house serving food, drinks, ice creams and snacks. At the villa and on the site's private beach sunbeds and parasols are provided at no extra cost. It is about 10 minutes drive to the nearest banks and supermarkets but there is a local shop which will also deliver provisions for you.
