Brand new, spacious, 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic views over the Aegean Sea and coastline. 100m² indoor + 40m² terrace/balcony, duplex (ground and first floor).
The apartment is situated in a stylish residence which, by car, is only 40 minutes from Bodrum International Airport (BJV), 20 minutes from Bodrum town centre, 5 minutes from Yalikavak town centre and marina, and 3 minutes from the wonderful Aegean Sea.
This apartment is suitable for couples and families, and those that like a quiet location but access to local amenities. As the apartment is situated fairly high up, it would be good to have a car. Security 7 days/24 hours. Beach is 5 min away. The residence also includes a shared pool with sun loungers and views over Tilkicik Bay (open from May to October).
There is a direct bus between Yalikavak and Bodrum. Yalikavak has its small pavement cafes, restaurants and marina. Bodrum is the largest resort nearby with its castle, harbour and lively nightlife.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Bodrum Peninsula is one of the most beautiful parts of Turkey's Aegean Coast. It is home to numerous small fishing villages, bays and resorts around the coast, each with their own individual character.
There are many beaches to choose from, including tranquil bays, beach clubs and those offering a range of watersports.
This is also an area of an outstanding natural beauty and thriving local culture. There are many places of interest that you can visit or if you are looking for some relaxation simply choose one of the stunning beaches.
Bodrum / Yalikavak area
Yalikavak is a small town on the Bodrum Peninsula with a marina and traditional fishing industry. There are some excellent restaurants around this picturesque harbour which offer a wide selection of fresh fish every day. Most of the shops are located in the traffic free town centre and there is also a weekly market offering fresh fruits, vegetables and local wares.
Nearby Bodrum has a larger marina, it's castle and a port for ferries to the Greek island of Kos. Its palm-lined streets are also host to many lively bars and restaurants. Main activities in Bodrum include boat trips, swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving.
Other local sights and monuments include the Mausoleum, Amphitheatre, and Mila Carpet Village.
How to get there
During the holiday season (May to October) many low cost airlines fly from all major UK airports direct to Bodrum International Airport. Some suggested websites for flights are:

Alternatively (especially out of season), you could fly to Izmir airport and hire a car to drive down the coast to the Bodrum Peninsula, this takes about 3 hours. Or you could fly to Istanbul (either scheduled or with Easyjet) and take an internal low-cost flight down to Bodrum (see www.thy.com or www.onurair.com.tr).
For British passport holders, you will need to buy a tourist visa (valid for 3 months) on arrival in Turkey. You buy this directly at the airport (just before passport control). The price is £10 (or €15).
Transfer from the Bodrum airport takes about 45 minutes and costs around £30. Car hire is also available from £15/20 per day depending on car and length of booking.

Further details indoors: Ground Floor (ca. 50m²): Main entrance opens to spacious living/dining room with open plan kitchen and A/C. The living area has 2 large sofas with TV and DVD player. The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, large fridge/freezer, cutlery, utensils, etc. There is also a ground floor WC with washing machine.
The indoor eating area seats 4 people and outside, on the terrace, there is a large table with room for 6 to dine. The terrace area is accessed from the living and kitchen areas and is ideal for entertaining or relaxing with spectacular sea views. Adjacent to the terrace is a small, walled garden area.
First floor (ca. 50m²): Master bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms have A/C and fitted wardrobes. The bedrooms have direct access to a 20m² balcony with a stunning view over the Tilkicik Bay.
Main Bathroom on the first floor includes shower, WC, sink with vanity unit and mirror. Linen and towels are provided. An iron and ironing board is also available. If cleaning is required during your stay this can be requested at time of booking.
