This is a newly completed private complex, the spacious apartment has a wrap around balcony which is perfect for dining with the family. Stunning views overlook the Agean sea and offers breathtaking sunsets. The terrace also overlooks the large communal swimming pool and children's pool.
Car parking space is also included making it even easier to explore the local surroundings in a hire car. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The region is next to the Agean Sea and temperatures are consistantly high from May until October with little chance of cloud. There is plenty to do in the area. For those who enjoy historical places of interest you can visit the ancient city of Ephesus, the town of Dalyan or the Pamukkale. For those who would rather relax by the pool or sea you are pretty much guaranteed good weather during the long summer season. For those sporty people, why not try mountain biking, water sports or sailing?
Bodrum / Yalikavak area
The smart Marina town of Yalikavak is about 2km from the apartment which you can either drive to, take a taxi or use the local dolmus (bus). The town offers an excellent range of restaurants, bars and various traditional shops. If you like fresh seafood the local restaurants are a must. The area has various beaches and beach clubs. Once a week on a Thursday there is a famous market in Yalikavak which is well worth a visit and you can pick up some fantastic bargains and locally produced fruit and veg. The newly built marina also provides an ideal location for an evening meal by the sea in the most relaxing of settings.
A highlight for most people who visit Turkey is an all day boat trip which takes you round the various bays so you can jump in the sea or you can relax on the boat with a drink and enjoy the lunch provided.
Only 20 minutes away you will find yourself in the livlier town of Bodrum with a large choice of bars, clubs and restaurants. There are also wide range of shops with great bargains.
How to get there
Flights are available from most UK International Airports and arrive at Bodrum Airport, or flights via Istanbul to Bodrum are available from the Uk also. Check out 'Holidays 4 U' "skyscanner.com" "ageanflights.com" or 'Fly Thomas Cook' for competetive up to date prices! after around 45 mins drive will find yourself at the luxury apartment , or transfers are available from around £30. Local car hire is also available, just ask me for their contact details. A hire car is advised as it will enable you to explore the the area including the shops, restaurants and beaches.

Further details indoors: This brand new luxury apartment has stunning sea and pool views and has recently been furnished with modern quality furniture and white goods. The living room/dining room has two cream leather sofas and matching coffee table. There are two bedrooms one with a King bed and one with a queen bed. There is one bathroom with shower.
The living room and bedrooms all have air conditioning and heating and all have access to the large terrace. There is also a water cooler in the kitchen for fresh cool drinking water.

Car hire at competitive rates and taxi transfers can be arranged, just let me know and I will send details to you. I can also arrange a welcome pack, tea,coffee, milk, bread etc, again just let me know and I will send you information and costs.
There is a small shop about 2 mins walk away and Migros supermarket about 10 min drive away where you can stock up on food & drinks at reasonable prices. Dolmus (buses) run regularly from the complex entrance (next to the Jan Darma) The apartment is very secure as you have to drive past the Jan Darma (military police station) to get onto the complex.
Conditions
A booking deposit of £100 is required and is non refundable. Full fees must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. A breakage charge of £150 must be paid when booking and is refunded within 1 week of return providing there are no damages. A cleaning cost of £25 is extra for July & August bookings
