Villa Nine is a light, spacious & modern 3 storey detached villa. Well equipped for all your holiday needs including 10 metre swimming pool, beach towels, air conditioning, water cooler, free WiFi, washing machine, DVD player, CD/iPOD/MP3 player & a fantastic Turkish style roof terrace. The open plan kitchen has full cooking facilities, a microwave and a large fridge freezer.
The villa is set in a quiet location next to tangerine groves with superb mountain views. Just 5 minutes stroll to the beach promenade & some local Turkish restaurants. A short walk along the promenade brings you to the bustling town centre with its harbour, marina, boutiques and wide choice of bars & restaurants where you can relax and enjoy the fantastic views & sunsets beyond the nearby islands.
A local shop selling milk, water, teabags, beer, wine, toiletries etc plus lovely fresh bread each day is only 2 mins walk away.
Ideal for large groups or 2 families, our identical sister villa is next door and shares the pool & gardens - link available at the bottom of this webpage.

~ Outside dining table and chairs for 5 people provided on the ground floor terrace

~ BBQ available for al-fresco dining on the terrace (overlooking illuminated pool - it's so lovely & peaceful!)

All electric (incl aircon), gas & water costs are included in the prices shown, as is a weekly clean and change of bed linen/towels.
An extra clean & linen change can be arranged during your stay subject to an additional charge, paid locally.
Please do not use the bathroom towels provided for either the swimming pool or beach.
Children of all ages are welcome and please note that they should be supervised at all times.
Private airport transfers can be arranged for you (paid locally to the driver).
Don't forget that a £10 visa per person is payable in sterling upon arrival at Bodrum airport (no forms to fill in).

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Bodrum Peninsula is one of the the most beautiful parts of Turkey's Aegean Coast. There are numerous small fishing villages and resorts around the coast, each with their own individual character. There's something for the whole family in Turkey, whether you want to lie on the beach, participate in water sports, or visit some of the country's impressive cultural and historical sites. Day trips include Ephesus, the largest archaelogical site in the world & the stunning pools at Pamukkale. The traditional harbour in Turgutreis provides a real treat - a range of boat trips (gulets) that visit many islands and secluded coves. Try a Turkish Hammam (steam bath) and for the young at heart Octopus (Dedeman) waterpark is only a 10 mins taxi ride away.
For the more adventurous, the area has an excellent taxi/bus service called dolmus. These are reliable mini-buses and offer services all day to Bodrum & the surrounding area for around £1 per journey.
Gumusluk village (the lost city of Myndos) is close by and is well known for its fish restaurants - we highly recommend a visit here (journey is approx 15 mins by dolmus). You could enjoy a lazy afternoon or even catch an early evening dolmus so that you're there in time to watch one of the beautiful sunsets - the choice is yours!
The Bodrum / Turgutreis area

The town of Turgutreis is situated at the furthest tip of the historic Bodrum Peninsula with fantastic views overlooking a horizon of ornamental islands - the sunsets here are amazing!
Turgutreis provides a wide choice of bars and restaurants, both local and international, and its new marina with designer boutiques sits alongside the traditional harbour with its gulets and fishing boats.
Bodrum & all other local places of interest are easily accessible from Villa Nine without the use of a car, though if required car hire is plentiful locally. A must see is the Saturday market in Turgutreis (the largest on the peninsula) which is a bright and colourful affair - be prepared to barter for all goods - it's expected & great fun!
