The apartment is set on a hillside just 10 minutes from the unspoilt village of Yalikavak, one of Turkey's best-kept secrets! Yalikavak has many restaurants and a few bars, and its beautifully clear sea and relaxed atmosphere makes it a perfect retreat for both couples and families. Lively Bodrum is just 20 minutes away by Dolmus, the local bus service, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and enough nightclubs to suit even the most serious clubber!

The apartment benefits from a large patio with beautiful sea views, with gas barbeque and patio furniture for al fresco dining. There is one double and one twin bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge area.

Complex includes pool bar/snack bar, large swimming pool with children's pool, and children's play area

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Bodrum peninsular enjoys a temperate climate, with high temperatures and very little rain in the summer months. Spectacular sea and mountain views greet the visitor, and there are many places of interest within easy reach. The Bodrum peninsular is popular for watersports of all types, and is a windsurfer's paradise

Bodrum / Yalikavak area

Yalikavak is idea for walking, and birdwatchers will find plenty of interesting species. Within easy reach of Ephesus and Pumukkale, as well as the famous mudbaths and tombs of Dalyan, Yalikavak is ideally placed for day trips to interesting and historic locations. The Gulet trips from Yalikavak harbour are a must!! There is a very good Aquapark just 15 minutes away by Dolmus or taxi.

How to get there

Most charter airlines fly to Bodrum in the summer season. Onur Air (part of Turkish Airlines) flies to Bodrum from London Gatwick and Stansted all year round. They are often the cheapest option. Can recommend Valley Car Hire in Yalikavak - they will drop off and pick up the car at the airport for no extra charge. Airport transfers can be arranged for £35 each way (up to five people)

There is a large outdoor swimming pool, usually open from Easter to the end of October. English speaking management team on hand for any problems which may arise.

Conditions

- Strictly no smoking inside the apartment
- 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking and balance six weeks before departure.
- Full payment required if booked within six weeks of departure
- £150 refundable deposit required at time of booking to cover any breakages, etc. This will be refunded
promptly at end of rental period
