It is within easy walking distance of the local fishing village and exclusive beach club, and close enough to Bodrum that it’s easy to enjoy the many shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife it has to offer.
The ground floor apartment was finished in July 2006 and has a vast amount of living space finished to an exceptional standard . The apartment benefits from a terrace, perfect for dining al fresco and relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day!
There is plenty of clean bed linen, towels and cooking utensils. All living areas and bedrooms have remote control air conditioning.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Ancient Lycia is in southwest Turkey, whose Aegean shore is known as the Turquoise Coast. In this stunning region, craggy limestone mountains plunge into azure seas, and evidence of the Greek, Lycian and Roman empires are strewn around like half buried treasures, linked together by coastal trails that used to be the trade routes of antiquity.
The Aegean (otherwise known as Turquoise) Coast, boasts some of the best scenery anywhere in the world.
Bodrum / Gulluk area
This attractive coastal town in the delightful Gulluk Bay gives access to many wonderful sightseeing tours and the stunning ruins of Iasos can easily be reached by boat from here.
Whilst Gulluk remains unspoilt, and the charm of a traditional Turkish fishing village captures the tranquil setting , a 30 minute trip to Bodrum can be taken by the Dolmus (local bus service) from Gulluk village centre to Bodrum daily until the early hours of the morning. The airport is even closer at only 15 minutes.
The village centre is a 5 minute walk with a mix of traditional Turkish and international cuisine restaurants and bars along the way. There are a number of beach clubs within a few minutes walk from the apartment all of which have a relaxing atmosphere and waiter service.
The village has a large supermarket open daily until 9pm. Thursday is market day and until 5pm the locals sell their own grown produce of fruit/vegetables/spices and much more.
Take advantage of tremendous all day boat trips for around £10 incl lunch.
How to get there
Flights from all major UK airports. Upon arrival an airport transfer can be arranged (if hiring a rental car during your stay, even if the hire is for one day). An airport taxi to the apartment costs around £10 .00. Upon exiting the airport, take the road to Bodrum. Follow signs for Gulluk (on the right ) off the Milas to Bodrum road. On reaching the sea in the centre of Gulluk, turn left and follow the road round to the 'MAVI' sign. Go left for 200m. You will find the complex on the right.

From the large entrance hall there are two hallways leading to the three double bedrooms (each with its own terrace, two have twin beds and the third has a large double bed) all bedrooms have wardrobes, cabinets, main and wall lighting, two bathrooms with showers, utility room housing the washing machine, a large open plan living/dining room featuring a spacious terrace that overlooks the length of the pool, the kitchen door opens out onto a terrace with gated access to the gardens and pool area. There is a four ring gas and electric hob, grill and water tower providing immediate hot/cold drinking water.
Further details outdoors: There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool along with parasols. The gym and sauna are available for residents use only.

Booking is simple and flexible. Short and long rentals are catered for and we will always try to provide any requirements requested. Arrangements can be made with transfers to/from airports or with rental cars etc. Prices are for the Apartment per week. 24 hour help is available through our Property Management Agent Terms 1. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to be received to confirm your booking 2. Full balance of rental required 4 weeks before start of holiday 3. A £100 breakage/damage allowance will be requested at time of arrival upon key collection this will be fully refunded if no problems.

There are 5 steps up to the front door but is otherwise all on one level incl the car park, therefore if confined to wheelchair this may not be suitable.
