This four bedroom villa is carefully designed to provide the best vacation experience. It offers the most spectacular view of the sunrise. The villas are thoughtfully designed and elegantly furnished with all your rental needs in mind, the private garden terraces and roof terrace (with kitchenette) offer a vast amount of additional space for which to obtain true solace with the animated amenities centre only minutes away for those that want a more social escape. It is its diverse duality that makes the residence unique. An ideal getaway for families the gated community and eclectic facilities will keep kids of all ages entertained.

The 4 bed villas are located at the western most point of the resort. They face east overlooking the resort, lake, surrounding nature offering the most spectacular view of the sunrise a few; have from the roof terrace; the most beautiful sea view with the most amazing sunset vista. These villas are spacious and have one bedroom on the ground floor and the other three upstairs inc the master bedroom with en-suite they have large terraces with private pools and gardens. Your Holiday PA!: It is our primary aim that you have a relaxing holiday, that said, as directed we can assist you with making arrangements to make it as fuss free as possible. Our in resort team have a host of Ala Carte services that can be arranged on your behalf; from airport pick up and drop off to welcome packages and cleaning to booking excursions and making restaurant reservations; the purpose? To make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They will have an informal meet and greet with you once you have settled in and give you an overview of the development, the area and the region. They are available 24-7 should you experience any problems during your stay or simply want advice on where to go or things to do and a member of the team lives near the resort in case of any emergencies. Immediately local amenities:

Taxis - the nearest Taxi rank is located next to the sunset café just outside the entrance to the resort. Please be aware that a taxi to Bodrum town is very expensive approx £60 each way. A transfer / local bus is a better option.

Buses* - A regular bus service runs directly to Bodrum, every 2 hours (hourly in July & August) it runs daily in high season. Apx cost £4 per person return 5TL each way.

*The public bus (Dolmus) has a sign on the front that reads Dörttepe/Bogaziçi and can be accessed at the sunset café or waved down at the top of the complex, it does not enter the site.

ATM- located just outside the site.

Restaurant – An alternative to the on-site restaurant just outside the development, the sunset café has a selection of traditional Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine and is ideal for an impromptu lunch. It has magnificent vistas over the bay! Spectacular Sunset!

Beaches - there is the private beach club for the development, regular shuttles will take you from the resort down to the beach area with its cafe bar/ restaurant and Spa the beach is elegantly furnished and well facilitated. (there is no charge for the shuttle nor the sun beds :))

My beach is a local beach club open to the public, they have beautiful pagodas set in colorful gardens on the sea shore. truely Idyllic!

Neighbours – There are a number of other intimate beach spots in the vicinity which you can feel free to use; they are open to public use.

Resort Location, Info & Proximity: The resort is ideally located offering a duality of tranquility and activity; the eclectic selection of on-site amenities mean there really is something for everyone kids and adults alike. It is an oasis of serenity yet only a short car / bus journey from the hustle and bustle of Bodrum meaning you can dip in and out as you like.

Bodrum and its surrounding towns and villages are situated on a Peninsular. The Bodrum Peninsular is one of the most chic and popular holiday resorts in Turkey, with its charm residing in its blend of relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere with its lush greenery and high mountains, ancient historical sites and its proximity to many fantastic beaches, quaint sleepy fishing villages and trendy nightclubs. All of which ensure a great place to holiday.

All over the Bodrum Peninsula are many wonderful towns, villages and attractions lending themselves to day trips. An abundance of day trips are available all summer long such as the Greek Island of Kos and Rhodes, Dalyan & Mud baths, Bodrum Aqua Park, Scuba Diving, Jeep Safari, Fishing Trips, Swimming with Dolphins, Boats Trips, Ephesus and Pamukkale.

A trip to Turkey would not be complete without a visit to a local market where bargaining is expected, tasting the local foods, indulging in a glass of the famous Raki known as 'Cow's milk' and the fantastic boat trips on offer.

Lake Tuzla

Lake Tuzla is an area that is bursting with life and variety. The local villages of Gullick and Bogazici are within a ten minute drive and offer fresh sea food cooked over charcoal right on the seafront. There is also the opportunity for some retail therapy in the traditional Turkish shops.

Lake Tuzla's eateries are exemplified by the Sunset Café where you can sit back and relax and let the venue live up to its name. A five minute drive will take you down to one of the gorgeous sandy beaches and the crystal waters of the Aegean where you can choose your spot to get that perfect tan or finish that book. The stunning countryside will be too tempting for the energetic and the walks around Lake Tuzla are simply breathtaking.


Turquoise Resort

Turquoise is a family holiday resort located overlooking Tuzla lake and the surrounding forests and mountains. The mountains are covered with fabulous olive groves, pine and tamarisk trees. The area is particularly special as a natural bird sanctuary with flamingos, pelicans and white storks visiting at various times of the year.

Turquoise boasts a great array of amenities which include 7 swimming pools, beach club, clubhouse with external and internal (heated) pool, cafe-bar, restaurant, fitness room, sauna, and beauty parlour. Other outdoor facilities include jacuzzi, children's play area, open air cinema, ground chess, volleyball, tennis, basketball, kiddies pool and aqua slide. The main swimming pool has a thatched pool bar and restaurant. All pools are supplied with sun loungers with cushions and umbrellas. The Turkish Bath offers relaxing and pampering treatments.

In the resort bar there is live satellite sport events including premier and international football. Most nights in the summer there is local live musicians and other entertainment. There is a well stocked shop, selling everything from fresh bread, vegetables, water, ice creams and beer.

For those wanting to share their experience with family & friends back home Free WIFI is available at main pool/bar area. There is a travel agent on site who can arrange boat trips and excursions

There is a private beach which you can access via the sister complex Royal Heights, only a few hundred metres away. The private beach club is accessed via cable car which is approx 5 minutes walk or there is also a free shuttle bus service that operates from Turquoise to Royal Heights. The Beach Club is the decked jetty style sun terrace popular in Turkey populated with sun loungers, bean bags and parasols. The beach club also offers a bar and snack facilities, water sports and fishing. There are two more beaches nearby “Sunset” and “My Beach” both offer refreshments and a cooling dip in the crystal clear Aegean Sea. These can be reached via the local shuttle bus. Bodrum Peninsula's coastline has many secluded village beaches for you to explore. Boat trips sail regularly from Bodrum Marina and are the ideal way to see the stunning coastline.

On Lake Tuzla, there are three other superb resorts and you have access to all their facilities. Royal Heights is situated just a short walk from Turquoise and is where you can access the private beach club. This is also where you can relax and have a massage in the spa or swim in the infinity pool overlooking the sea. The popular restaurant serves traditional and international cuisine and comes highly recommended. Then there is Flamingo Country Club, this amongst many other amenities boasts a six hole pitch and putt course and restaurant. Lakeside Gardens resort which is not walking distance has fantastic facilities including mini-golf, gym, indoor pool, etc. Lakeside has a lovely restaurant and friendly staff. Free shuttles are laid on for access to all the sites.

Vita golf course is just across the lake and consists of two championship golf courses, it also has a private golf club with bar and restaurant, this is Bodrum's only PGA standard golf course. The course is 5,850 meters long and offers the charm and challenge of an Old World course with a feel of traditional Scottish links. The Milas course offers the opportunity to play under the finest possible conditions. Even closer than this is the pitch and putt golf course on Lakeside providing families with hours of fun!

A few minutes walk takes you to 'Sunset bar and restaurant' where you can take in amazing sunsets. The food includes the catch of the day at a good price, as well as pasta, burgers, salads etc. There is a shop and Taxi rank nearby and you can catch the Dolmus from here as well.

There are two local fishing villages worth visiting which are approximately a 10 minute drive away. Guvercinlik is a quaint fishing village with restaurants along the waterside. Bogazici is another village on the side of the estuary which offers restaurants and boat trips

The historic town of Bodrum and its marina can be reached in 25 minutes by car. You can catch a shuttle bus right outside Turquoise to take you to and from Bodrum. The shuttle bus will drop you at the bus station in Bodrum, from here you can catch buses to numerous other villages and the water park. There is a taxi rank just across the road from the resort if required.

Opposite the Turquoise/Flamingo resorts there is a small shopping area with several clothing shops like Beneton and other famous brands
