These spacious luxury apartments are in a unique location on the Bodrum Peninsula, when you first step onto the terrace you will immediately be amazed by the magnificent views of the beautiful bays of Tilkicik and Yalikavak. If you walk up to the windmills and take a look down at the spectacular location of the apartments, you will witness completely green scenery on one side and the sea presenting an enchanting panorama on the other side! The wonderful uncrowded pool and spacious garden areas are unusually large for such a small site of just 12 apartments and add to relaxed and tranquil feel of the location. You will welcome the endless breeze that cools this unique place even during the hottest days of the summer, one thing is certain the sensation of tranquillity will embrace you completely. Above all when the sun sets over Yalikavak it’s a perfect moment to enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants that line the sea shore.

The apartments are air-conditioned throughout with a large lounge/dining room with patio doors that leads onto a large terrace that has breathtaking views over the bays of Tilkicik and Yalikavak. From the lounge an arch leads into a fully equipped kitchen, from the kitchen a door leads onto the side terrace which is equipped for alfresco dining, where you can take in the spectacular sunsets.
The apartments are equipped with sun beds and patio furniture. All furnishing throughout are of the highest quality to ensure your total comfort, all are equipped with TV and DVD player. The accommodation is ideal for families and couples alike, property management will ensure that all linen a nd towels are changed weekly and that the apartment is thoroughly cleaned at each change over

Yalikavak is surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery of the Bodrum Peninsula. The relaxed atmosphere makes it the perfect resort for t hose who want to experience the real Turkey, providing simple, authentic local life at low prices. Home to fishermen and sponge divers and a haven for yachts, the small habour is lined with traditional Turkish restaurants. The charming village square is a popular meeting place with its many authentic coffee houses and its here along one of the cobbled streets where you can do a spot of shopping. There are lovely beaches and bays that have beautiful safe clear waters. There are many shops in the traffic free centre and every week the town hosts one of the biggest fruit, veget able and clothing markets on the Bodrum peninsular. The traffic free sea front walk way which stretches from the secluded beaches at the north end of the bay right though the village to the new marina at the south side of the bay is wonderful for families and couples alike to explore the area in safety

The Bodrum / Yalikavak area

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding,scuba diving, historic sites, museums, theatre/cinema, shopping, and restaurants.

Modern Bodrum is to Turkey, what Cannes is to the South of France; historic, interesting, relaxing and lively. An imposing Crusader Castle overlooks the harbour and the International Marina.

Restaurants and cafés are open on the beachfront all day and late into the evening and every establishment has its own jetty over the sea, where people can relax and enjoy the breeze and refreshment. Jet skis, day trips in small gulets or fishing boats and waterskiing, are all available for hire along the beach.

Lovely apartment. Clean, spacious with excellent pool we had an excellent holiday, really relaxed. If you would like a peaceful holiday, away from the package holiday crowd this is the apartment for you."

Spectacular views from balcony with sun from 1.00. Unfinished building works locally spoil what will eventually be a much sought after holiday destination. Local amenities and people superb- something for everyone. Local representative very helpful, Overall a very relaxing holiday. Will be going back."

Beautiful views with a lovely apartment and a good size pool, management very helpful and friendly. There is a steep walk up to the apartments which would possibly not suit older people although taxis are cheap and regular. Overall a fantastic holiday and would have no hesitation in returning to this property."
