Yalikavak is a quiet town in a beautiful bay on the Bodrum peninsular. The area has been called the St Tropez of Turkey as a number of Turkish celebrities holiday here. Some are attracted by the recent new marina with its stylish shops, restaurants and bars.

Yalikavak has a recently modernised town centre with a small traditional Turkish shopping precinct. The town also has a very good local transport system and is just 17km from the bustling nightlife of Bodrum.

Perfect! The owner made everything easy. The apartment has every home from home convenience and a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside right down to the bay. Meals on the patio watching the sunset over the harbour, a quiet pool and warm weather.
The area itself caters for tourists but is still very unspoilt and you get a feel for the real country and its people. First time we have hired a car on holiday, I'd recommend it as theres plenty to see and do, traffic is minimal and its easy to find your way around.
Overall the complex and area suit those looking for a relaxing time and want to get a sense of the country, people and culture, we will definitely go back.
